The mood of Brina and Seojoon looked really strange. Everyone had this confused look on their faces.

“Do you think Seojoon and Brina like each other?” Hyungsik whispered to Jen. 

“I don’t know, you think so?” Jen wasn’t sure about those two.

Taehyung bud in. 

“I think they are going out.” Taeyung was giggling while saying that.

Wooshik and Peakboy looked at each other equally confused.

“Seojoon is a nice guy, it would make sense for Brina to like him.” said Peakboy with a smile.

“That’s so true.” Wooshik nodded.

However, these silly people had no idea how much pain Brina was in. she has to silently eat up her emotions and Seojoon couldn’t help but to feel a little guilty. He decided to comfort her as long as she needs it and he wants to man up and actually ask her out when the time comes. 

Hyungsik having no clue about what Brina was going through, he hugged Jen from behind with his head, while leaning on her.

“I love you Jen.” Said Hyungsik while holding her.

Peakboy seeing Hyungsik holding Jen, he started to think about his fiancee.

Peakboy excused himself to text his fiancee. Wooshik and Taehyung followed suit to text their girlfriends as well.

Brina is trying to sort out her feelings and she thought it would be best to go home first so she went to go talk to Seojoon about it.

Seojoon was in the kitchen to prepare some fish that he bought with Taehyung in the afternoon but he got interrupted by Brina.

“Oppa, I need to talk to you.” Brina said

Brina took Seojoon to one of the bedrooms.

“I think I want to drive home, I need to sort my emotions out and I need some time alone but you can all stay here and have fun….”

“I can’t let you go by yourself…I’m gonna be worried about you and what do I tell everyone?”

“Just come up with an excuse for me, I don’t think I can stay here….just seeing Hyungsik and Jen right now is gonna be too hard for me…..”

Seojoon didn’t know what to do, he couldn’t force her to stay. 

“Okay, Brina…you could go…but just be careful … .I can’t really leave with you cus we only brought one car … .make sure to call me once you get home…”

Brina started to pack but it wasn’t so difficult since she didn’t bring much. Once she was done packing she announced to everyone she’s gonna be going home first.

“Hey guys, I’m gonna go home first…I have some work duties I need to fulfill, I got a text from my work saying I have to work on some project…so I gotta go…”

Of course this was a lie, she had to come up with an excuse where she doesn’t have to expose her real situation at the moment.

“ I’m sorry guys…” Brina apologized, feeling bad about all this…She would try to enjoy this time with her friends but she just couldn’t pull it off without crying and if she does this in front of everyone, Hyungsik would find out about her feelings and everything is gonna become a mess. She thought to herself that once she gets home she’s gonna use that time to be alone and cry.

She even thought about something crazy, she thought about even moving out of Seojoon’s place because she felt like it would feel super awkward to share rooms with Jen after all this.

It’s not just Jen but she felt like she wouldn’t be able to live in the same house as Hyungsik either.

Brina gave Jen a light hug.

“Jen, I gotta go cus of my work, you have fun with the guys….”

“Sorry you got a text from your work, it would’ve been cool if you could stay and have fun with us….” Jen was clueless to what was going on and so was everyone else except for Seojoon. This is why Seojoon was the only one with a sour face but people had no idea why.

Brina waved at everyone and the others waved back.

“Be careful on your way home!” Shouted everyone in unison while Seojoon ran as fast as he could to talk to Brina real quick.

“Hey Brina! Wait!”

“Yea?!”

Brina stood there and waited for Seojoon.

“Drive safely okay? And please text me when you get home…..You can cry when your by yourself…You can grieve as much as you want….We’ll stay here for two more days so people won’t get any strange ideas….also this could give you some time to work out your feelings and all…..”

“I know what you mean…please don’t tell Jen and Hyungsik about any of this and the others for that matter…”

Seojoon gave Brina a huge hug and patted her on the head. 

“You could cry but don’t cry too much cus it will hurt me a little too much … .I care about you a lot, Brina…”

Seojoon had a hard time letting her go. 

“Take care Brina.”

“You too oppa.”

Brina took off and as she got in the car she had the sudden urge to listen to Goodbye by Park Hyoshin….Brina thought this song was appropriate since she wants to symbolically say goodbye to Park Hyungsik….She wants to let him go so Jen and Sik could be happy cus that’s what a good friend does and a good person would do that too.
