In recent weeks I’ve been so into watching the newer seasons of Squid Game, I literally binge watched seasons 2 and 3 of the Squid Game series……I got this idea from a fellow Shikkie fan sister although I was secretly thinking about this in the back of my mind and it’s about which Shikkie character would be the most likely to join the Squid Game….

The interesting thing is a lot of people who worked closely with Hyungsik in the past were in the Squid Game series, also including somebody that might do a drama with our dear Hyungsik in the future…..Hyungsik’s fellow band member from ZE:A, Yim Siwan was in Squid Game as one of the main characters, also the guy that played Secretary Gong was in the newer SG series but he wasn’t a player in the show. Oh and I can’t forget the man who played Deoksu, actor Huh Tae Sung was briefly in WHTMF……

I decided to use percentages to show which Shikkie character would be the most likely to least likely to join the SG. I think Hyungsik would look so darn good in the Green Track suit…..

We’ll start with the most likely character that would join the Squid Game…..

Our First possible contestant- Go Yeonwoo at 100 percent

I think Yeonwoo has nothing to lose, for one he doesn’t have a stable job. Yeonwoo doesn’t have parents to look out for him in case of an emergency and to make the matters worse he has to take care of his elderly grandmother in the hospital. And this is the reason why Yeonwoo would be the most likely character to join the Squid Game at 100 percent…

Our Second possible contestant- Cha Dalbong at 95 percent

The second most possible character to join the Squid Game would be none other than our dear Cha Dalbong and this is because this guy seems to easily fall into traps when he is desperate and the show did not hesitate to show that part of him right away. In the first episode we see Cha Dalbong get into a strange pyramid scheme selling fake pills. The ironic thing is the man who was the big boss for this scam was in the first season of Squid Game as Deoksu. Dalbong is a gullible young man to fall into receiving the Squid Game and join the fun? Hehehe….

Our third possible contestant- Yeo Jungwoo at 90 percent

I can picture Jungwoo joining the Squid Game since he ends up being in huge debt due to some silly lawsuit. After the first episode Jungwoo ends up pretty much losing everything like his office/his job and just his whole livlihood. Jungwoo was so bad off that nobody wanted him as their tenant meaning he had a hard time finding a temporary home for himself but fortunately he lucked out cus of Nam Haneul. Imagine if Haneul didn’t allow him to live on their rooftop space and some weird Squid Game salesman tried to recruit Jungwoo, he would most likely go for it.

Our fourth possible contestant- Han Seonwoo at 85 percent

Seonwoo was most certainly isn’t well off. He was living with a fellow artist guy that he’s been working with. Seonwoo’s life seemed unstable to the point where he was living with his artist friend but one day his girlfriend came over so he got kicked out and had no place to go so he ended up staying with his female childhood friend Eunsoo for a while…Besides, he doesn’t really have a stable job either, he doesn’t get like steady income or anything so nobody buys his artistic photos he would be pretty much screwed. Hypothetically if nobody bought any of his work and he couldn’t take care of himself financially he would be desperate enough to join the games but he would think it through before doing though.

Our fifth possible contestant- Seo Dongjoo at 60 percent

With Dongjoo he would either go in as one of the players, or one of the top pink guards/soldiers and possibly even replace the big boos behind the scenes. Dongjoo joining the Squid Game would be possible because of Mr. Yeom taking everything away to the point where he has no method of surviving at all. At first he would try to fight off Yeom but if Mr. Yeom was too powerful for him to fight off and take everything away from him then our dear Dongjoo would be desperate enough to join although at first his pride wouldn’t allow but eventually he would make up his mind to join. Also, Dongjoo would join out of revenge too, he would try to win the first prize by winning 456 billion won then use that money to get back at Mr. Yeom……

Our sixth possible contestant- Jung Yihyun at 50 percent

I think Yihyun would join as an undercover cus he kept on getting reports about missing people. I just couldn’t find other reasons for him to join the Squid Game. However, Yihyun is a policeman I can kinda picture him infiltrating the game as an undercover to investigate the missing people being drugged then taking them to some unknown island.

Our Seventh possible contestant- Yoo Changsoo at 30 percent

I think chances are pretty low for Changsoo to join the Squid Game since he is the director/ceo of a large corporation although there is still a chance for him to join if Yumin sells everything Yoonha’s family/Jang family if that’s not the case Changsoo might be working with the VIPs. However, I don’t know if the scenario of Changsoo’s family working with the Squid Game people behind the scenes, that doesn’t seem all that feasiable to me. At first that seemed possible but I can’t really picture Yumin working with loan sharks, and people from the organized crime cartel unless Yumin was going under because of the Jang family…..

Our 8th possible contestant- Ahn Minhyuk at 25 percent

The only way Minhyuk/Minmin would join is if his selfish brother completely screwed him over and lose everything then he would join the Squid Game or maybe his family might force him to run the Squid Game behind the scenes. Even in the real Squid Game universe it’s pretty obvious that there are a lot criminal elements involved and Minmin’s family also has some criminal stuff going on although this doesn’t mean that Minhyuk/Minmin this kind of a person but obviously his father pretty much grew his company through illegal means.

Our ninth contestant- Myungsoo 20 percent

I think the chances for Myungsoo to join the Squid Game is fairly low but the only way he might join is irrational gambling…..There quite a few characters in Squid Game that joined the gang for huge gambling debt. Myungsoo seems to be the type of guy that likes to have fun so he might end up gambling without too much about it.

There are Shikkie characters that would not join the Squid Game at all and they would be at 0 percent, no possibility at all to join the Squid Game. These characters are: King/Emperor Jinheung, Prince Hwan, Ogwi and Der Tod. King/Emperor Jinheung and Prince Hwan are in another time line way different from ours, Der Tod is almost like an alien and Ogwi is a demon so these characters have no possibility to join the Squid Game.
