Sailor Senshi Venus: Minako Aino

She is the fifth sailor Guardian introduced who previously moonlighted under the name Sailor V, Sailor Venus is the most similar to Sailormoon appearance wise and also personality wise. Sailor V likes to help her friends in need, and help them solve difficult problems that come their way. She is very good at helping people with problems with the matters of the heart.

In the Manga and Sailormoon: Crystal Sailor Venus is the de facto leader of the inner guardians charged with protecting Princess Serenity and as such she is a competent leader. 

When she is living as a civilian under the name Aino Minako she is similar to Usagi/Sailor Moon…because she is clumsy and silly too. She is also athletic and deceptively strong but it’s hard to imagine that with her cus of her outer appearance. She has met other sailor guardians prior so she is very focused on completing her mission as a sailor guardian, protecting sailor moon.

I think the Shikkie characters that resemble Sailor Venus/Aino Minako would be Dalbong, Changsoo, Hyungsik himself, and Minhyuk.
