The second sailor Senshi introduced and was one of the inner sailor guardians. Sailor Mars sometimes has a turbulent relationship with Sailormoon herself.

However, she is still loyal to her leader. Sailor Mars is headstrong and is comfortable sharing her passionate feelings with other people. 

Her civilian life as Rei Hino, she is very ambitious and is at times argumentative. She has a short fuse and is able to get angry very quickly. However, she is able to be affectionate towards the people she loves and cares about. She is played to the point where she likes to joke around and stuff but she gets serious when her friends’ lives are at stake. 

Sailor Mars: Rei Hino, there are a few characters of Shikkie that resemble her. I think King Jinheung from Shilla and the Crown Prince Lee Hwan from Joseon resemble Sailor Mars a bit.
