Yeonwoo got out of jail recently and Lawyer Choi helped him find this apartment. He lived right next door to Changsoo. Although Changsoo doesn’t come by all the time, he tries to come at least once a week because of Kitten Brina.

After Yeonwoo got out of jail he was supposed to meet with Jina, his somewhat of a girlfriend but she never showed up to meet him. However, she contacted him days later through Lawyer Choi and they got to finally meet after he got out of jail but Jina was giving him a hard time. She wasn’t very pleasant to be around. She was just constantly yelling at him and he couldn’t handle that…he just got out of jail for christ’s sake.

Yeonwoo was thinking about separating himself from Jina temporarily but she decided to break it off with him and he thought it was a relief because he needed a break from Jina for a little while to think things through.

Lawyer Choi got Yeonwoo an apartment. It was nothing fancy, it was like a large one bedroom apartment next to Changsoo’s place. 

Yeonwoo was a bit lonely because his grandmother passed away recently and Jina has been giving him a hard time. Now he is trying to sort out his life back together but it’s really hard for him. He just got out of jail so people think of him a certain way so he was kind of exhausted with life. However, this magical cat named Kitten Brina, another worldly magical kitten, has been giving him courage. 

Kitten Brina has been lonely too because Changsoo hasn’t been coming by that much ever since he has been dating Jen.

Changsoo used to come by several times a week and he hired some maid lady to come by and feed Kitten Brina once a day. However, now Changsoo only comes by once a week instead of once a day and this made Brina sad.

But ever since Yeonwoo moved in next door, Kitten Brina sensed something joyful in her spirit. Yeonwoo had a similar cadence to Changsoo although not exactly the same. 

Kitten Brina was a guardian angel of the so-called Shikkie Verse. She would travel through different Shikkie verses which were part of the great multiverse to make things more interesting. There is a legend saying that Brina had a loved one that was ill and she wanted to save that loved one and she was looking for ways to save that loved one. She ran into a witch and the witch told her that if she can be a service of bringing people together as a couple 7 times then the great heavenly energy could save her beloved family member. 

Brina agreed to take on the duty of a kitten cupid that would bring seven couples together and she succeeded in bringing one of them which are Jen and Changsoo of the Yumin universe. 

Kitten Brina and Yeonwoo were now companions. Kitten Brina felt it was time for her to move on bit by bit, because she knows that Changsoo will be fully devoted to Jen now, ever since that fateful night. 

Right now Yeonwoo was all alone laying down on his bed and kitten Brina crawled into bed with him.

“Meow…”

Yeonwoo petted the cat and was even talking to it.

“Are you hungry? You want me to feed you?”

Yeonwoo had Brina right on his chest and he constantly couldn’t help but to pet her and whenever he did that she loved it a lot. Brina loved all this attention that Changsoo didn’t give her. Changsoo loved her, communicated with her and even showed her affection but it wasn’t often because Changsoo doesn’t really come by the apartment that much and even more so ever since Jen became his girlfriend.

“Meow….” Kitten Brina nodded while meowing.

Brina’s soul felt tormented because she wanted to be a human woman. When she was serving Changsoo as her master she didn’t have an urge to become a human but now as she was slowly easing her way into becoming serving Yeonwoo….she wanted to be a human … .Is this even allowed? 

Brina isn’t allowed to be a human while being in service in the Shikkieverse and she has to make sure to follow this very rule given to her before she started roaming the Shikkieverse to help certain people come together so she could save her loved one in the Earth Prime world.

Yeonwoo and Brina bonded perfectly because these two were going through loneliness, unspeakable loneliness that nobody seemed to understand. However, they were able to take their minds off of it by being friends. 

One day, Changsoo decided to visit his flat and he discovered that Brina wasn’t there in her room.

“Brina? Where are you? Daddy is here….”

There was no sound of Brina anywhere but he heard a knock on the door.

“I wonder who it could be at this hour..?”

It was Yeonwoo and Brina.
