The Theater Company people were so happy that their project ended up being a success. Minhyuk felt so proud that he even got some attention from the big wigs. He was happy that he had a big future ahead of him and also he was happy to have friends to celebrate with him as well.

Everyone from the drama club or rather the Theater Company all arrived at Minhyuk’s house. Minhyuk took them over to his giant backyard so they could have a slumber party to celebrate today’s success.

Minhyuk was grilling some meat for his drama club friends…he considers them friends now instead of just members of the drama club. They are only in high school so they couldn’t really drink alcohol but Minhyuk went and got some fancy club sodas that would go well with the meat that he’s grilling up.

“Thank you so much for making this happen, I was worried that you wouldn’t come through.”Minhyuk said while grilling the meat.

Everyone said, “Thanks Minhyuk for being our director!” 

The backyard was full of laughter and good spirits. 

Eunsoo looked at Hwan’s smile as he was talking with the others. She realized how difficult it would be for her to send him back to Joseon. She envied Jiyi since she is gonna go back with him to Shilla. 

Eunsoo went to get more fruit punch from the bowl set up on the long table and Insoo thought this would be the best time to approach her. Insoo was holding kitten Brina and he thought having an animal on him would be easier for him to get Eunsoo’s attention.

“Hi…..you are getting more punch?”

“Yeah….I like fruity drinks like this….although it’s not alcohol…” Eunsoo giggled but her face still looked sad though.

“Oh…btw, is that your kitten? It’s so cute….can I pet it?” Eunsoo loves cats so she wanted to pet Insoo’s new kitten that he adopted, Kitten Brina.

“Go ahead, you can pet it.” Insoo sad while smiling. Insoo was happy because it seemed to work.

“Meow..” Kitten Brina meowed as Eunsoo petted her gently.

Kitten Brina seemed to like Eunsoo and Eunsoo was happy to be able to pet a cute little Kitten like Brina but behind that smiley face, Insoo was able to tell that she had a gloomy feel to her eyes. 

“Why do you look so sad?” Insoo asked Eunsoo.

“I don’t want to talk about it…” Eunsoo didn’t want to tell anybody about her feelings right now. Nobody really knows this in the club but Eunsoo is a poet and a lyricist. She enjoys writing poetry and lyrics whenever she hears a melody.

Insoo felt like humming a melody out of nowhere and then Eunsoo was able to come up with the lyrics as Insoo is humming this unknown melody.

“I know I will find my way even after you are gone. The bitter sweet memories will linger on … .for a while it will be like that but one day someone else may come to fill my heart ….”

Eunsoo just came up with that out of the blue and Insoo was amazed how she could just come up with some lyrics that go well with what he was just humming on the fly.

“I think you are a genius lyricist Eunsoo … .Maybe we should make a song together…” Insoo joked while smiling at her. 

Eunsoo gave Insoo a friendly smile. Insoo and Eunsoo are kinda like Changsoo and Bongsoon when they first met. They were shy, a little awkward, and even holding back to some degree but deep inside they know that they are right for each other. 

Hwan saw that Insoo and Eunsoo were getting along and this made him worry less about her. Hwan had a lot on his mind when he realized that there’s not much time left for him in the modern world with Eunsoo and she won’t be able to go back to Joseon with him. 

Sam and Jiyi were in their own little corners making out and Minhyuk was giving them a hard time about it. But of course in the teasing manner.

“Hey you two! Sam! Jiyi! Do you want to use one of my empty rooms to do it?!” Minhyuk said playfully but loudly so the two would be able to hear him since they are on the opposite side of the backyard. However, Jiyi and Sam ignored Minhyuk because they had something to talk about. 

“You are not scared to leave the modern world? You are not scared to leave everything behind?” Sam asked… “Are you sure about leaving everything behind and going back to Shilla with me?”Sam felt like he was being selfish although he is happy that she is able to go back with him.

“Of course I am happy to go back with you. However, I have to write my mom a long letter before I go … .I hope I am not hurting her, leaving her all alone in this scary world. Also, I have to let Seowool know too. Ever since she came to the city from the countryside I really haven’t had a chance to talk to her about anything.”

Ever since Seowool came to the city, Jiyi did not have a chance to talk to Seowool that much. She was too caught up in this crazy world which was falling in love with someone from a different time period and also all the shenanigans from the Drama Club. 

“I think I might need to talk to Seowool for a bit……we have all the time in the world since I’m going back with you but with Seowool, I will be leaving her behind.” Jiyi said sadly.

Sammy gave Jiyi a kiss and then she went on to talk to Seowool.

“Hey Seowool!” Jiyi called out to Seowool cheerfully.

“Ohhh…is that your boyfriend?” Jiyi asked Seowool in her signature giggly manner.

Seowool was kinda shy so it took her a while to say it. Dalbong wanted to say it for her but Seowool managed to beat him to it.

“Yes, he is my boyfriend…isn’t he cute?” Seowool said with a giant smile on her face.

Dalbong was embarrassed so he ended up scratching his head. Dalbong felt a little restless but he managed to look like a good normal boyfriend to Seowool in front of her friend Jiyi.

“I have something to tell you Seowool…” This looked like a private conversation so Dalbong decided to go hang out with Myungsoo and Kyungshim instead.

Jiyi felt that it wasn’t really necessary for Dalbong to go elsewhere but she didn’t mind spending some alone time with her friend before she leaves her behind.

Jiyi was happy to go to another time period and another place with her new found love but yet she was starting to feel sad that she has to leave behind everything that she’s so used to like her mom, her friends, the things that you are able to only enjoy in the modern world and such….

“Seowool, I am leaving…”

“Leaving? Where to? Are you going back to the countryside to be with your mom?”

“No…I am leaving this world….”

“Huh? What do you mean….?”

Seowool had no clue what Jiyi was talking about. Jiyi didn’t know how to put it but tried her best to elaborate what she really wanted to say.

“I am leaving…with Sammy….back to Shilla…using that dark portal!”

Seowool was dead quite for a little but she was able to piece things together.

“So you are … .leaving this timeline and going to his?”

“Yes…..I’m so sorry Seowool…I’m sure you will do good without me…you got Dalbong now…He treats you well…I know…I have been observing you guys….” Jiyi was teary eyed but Seowool was worse off cus she was sobbing while hugging Jiyi…

“I don’t want you to go! I will miss you too much!”

“There now…..Dalbong will be the one filling up that empty space…you’ll be fine…” Jiyi patted Seowool on the head.

“And Seowool…I am sure we will meet again…..if fate allows us to and I’m sure that it will…” Seowool and Jiyi gave each other a long and heavy farewell hug.

As Jiyi and Seowool were saying their goodbyes Hyojoo was reminded to go talk to Eunsoo since they haven’t talked to each other nor hung out ever since Sebom transferred to Yumin High School.

At least Sebom doesn’t have to worry about saying goodbye to her friend Eunsoo since she is staying in the modern world.

“Hey girl!” Sebom said, hitting Eunsoo on the shoulder.

“Haven’t talked to you in awhile … .sorry……I’ve been so caught up with a lot of stuff…..” Eunsoo said awkwardly.

“I know, I know…… what you’ve been up to? How’s that guy treating you? Is it true that you are dating that guy from Joseon?”

“Well yeah…but he…has to go back to his timeline…u know that he doesn’t have much time left….”

“Yeah, I know…..I am aware of that….but you are not going back with him now, are you?”

“Unfortunately….I’m not going with him….there’s a reason for that…….”

“You’ll be okay right?” 

“I think so…..”

Insoo was on the other side of Minhyuk’s patio just enjoying his non alcohlic drink and the atmosphere.

Eunsoo caught Insoo kinda staring at her and Hwan saw that. Hwan didn’t mind because it’s only fair for Eunsoo to start looking elsewhere since he won’t be able to be there for her.

Hwan decided to walk over to Eunsoo while she was still chit chatting with her friend Sebom.

Yihyun was talking with Yeonwoo and Jina about hard science and the supernatural. 

Yihyun was sipping his non alcoholic beverage while he was talking to Yeonwoo and Jina about how he sees things differently now about hard science vs supernatural when it comes to detective work.

“You know….I gotta give you credit for this…” Yihyun said to Yeonwoo.

“I fully acknowledge the fact that sometimes, you can’t solve certain mysteries with just hard science alone…thanks for teaching me that…Go Yeonwoo!” Yihyun said while patting Yeonwoo on the back.

“I learned something from you too….We also need evidence as well…we can’t just blindly trust in the paranormals either…” Yeonwoo smiled at Yihyun.

“Yup….the best of both worlds huh?!” Jina said while patting both of the guys on their shoulders at the same time.

Jina grabbed Yeonwoo by the hand and took him to a little corner that seemed more private. And Yihyun went to go look for Sebom because he felt like he owed her a real kiss.

Jina and Yeonwoo finally found somewhere it was more private.

“I’ve been wanting to do this to you all day…” Said Jina while giving him the eyes saying that she wants him.

“What is it….?” Yeonwoo knew what she was talking about but decided to play dumb.

“This…silly…..” Then Jina kissed him passionately.

Minhyuk was having a deep conversation with Seonwoo, Jen, and Brina. Minhyuk really couldn’t help but to thank Seonwoo, Jen and Brina for everything because in his mind he wouldn’t have done it without these backups.

“You guys, I thank you for everything! Especially you three…. Seonwoo my cameraman, my scriptwriter Jen, and my girlfriend Brina who worked her butt off to promote this project…You guys are all so great!” Minhyuk gave each member a kiss on the cheeks then a big fat kiss on Brina’s lips while everyone was watching.

“Muah! That’s for you sweetie!” Minhyuk said then Jen looked at Seonwoo all jealous. Minhyuk winked at Seonwoo saying he should do the same for Jen or else he’ll be in trouble later on.

“I LOVE YOU JEN!” Seonwoo shouted really loud so everyone could hear and then some.

“What are you doing Seonwoo ya? Are you crazy?” Jen was embarrassed and had no clue why Seonwoo was being so loud about his feelings for her. 

Seonwoo didn’t answer her question but he gave Jen a deep french kiss while pinching her cheeks. Jen was really embarrassed now. Minhyuk was smiling and said.

“Jen, he really loves you……so you shouldn’t be jealous whenever I do lovey dovey things to my Brina, okay?” Then Minhyuk grabbed Brina and took her to a secluded area of the patio.

“I guess they are gonna do something naughty right?” Seonwoo looked at Jen joking.

“I don’t know…..I really don’t know…” Jen said blushing.

Kyungshim, Myungsoo, Changsoo and Bongsoon were having fun by mingling and fooling around, Myungsoo’s style of course. Kyungshim was fooling around with Myungsoo. She finally kissed him in front of everyone which even shocked the former womanizer Yoo Changsoo. Changsoo and Bongsoon started to laugh whenever Kyungshim treated Myungsoo like a little child.

“Your friend really treats that Myungsoo kid like a baby huh?” Changsoo said, while pinching Bongsoon’s cheeks.

“She does… she really does…but that’s just the way she is…She is like that with everyone she cares about…” Bongsoon said shyly. 

Changsoo lifted up Bongsoon’s chin, then pinched her cheeks again and finally kissed her.

Dalbong came back to support Seowool now. He was hanging out with Myungsoo and them but decided to come back and stand next to his girlfriend. He felt bad leaving Seowool cry while he is not there to support her, whatever it is. 

Sammy was sitting by himself now because Hwan was walking over to Eunsoo. Changsoo took Bong Soon to a secret area so he could do some romantic things to her.

Hwan came over to Eunsoo and Sebom was amazed how he blended well with modern men. With the clothes he had on people wouldn’t think that he is from the Joseon timeline.

“Oh…so that’s the guy?” Sebom asked Eunsoo while whispering in one of her ears.

“Hello, ladies…” Hwan greeted the two friends politely. Hwan might be dressed like a modern guy but the way he spoke was still like someone from the Joseon era.

Sebom decided to excuse herself because she knows that Eunsoo doesn’t have much time with Hwan. Sebom was looking for Yihyun and Yihyun was looking for her. Fortunately, they were able to run into each other. 

“I’ll come talk to you later, girl…” Sebom said to Eunsoo.

Sebom said bye to Eunsoo and grabbed Yihyun’s hand and they left Minhyuk’s backyard. The two ended up in one of Minhyuk’s mini living rooms adjacent to the back patio.

“Do you think we’ll be okay here? Minhyuk wouldn’t get mad at us?” Sebom asked cautiously.

“You know Minhyuk…he is a very generous guy…he won’t mind…..” Yihyun smiled but it was one of those evil grin kind of smiles..

Sebom swallowed her saliva because she knew something was coming. Yihyun kept on walking closer and closer to Sebom. He played with her bangs for a while and said.

“You are so pretty…”

“Now you understand my beauty…..” Sebom said sarcastically. But before Sebom could say anything, Yihyun did the dirty deed.

He cupped Sebom’s face then started to kiss her roughly. Yihyun had his hand around Sebom’s waist and she received his kiss while putting her arms around his neck. 

Then Yihyun stopped kissing her and looked into her eyes and said.

“Let’s go…!”

“Where?”

Yihyun didn’t say anything but he carried her all the way to the area where the piano was. He set Sebom down gently on the piano and kissed her for a while.

Eunsoo was finally alone with Hwan and she greeted him with a smile but a little bit awkwardly.

“Oh hey…” Eunsoo said shyly.

Hwan decided to give her a hug and then he lifted up her chin. They both looked into each other’s eyes and Eunsoo was in tears then Hwan used his thumb to wipe the tears down.

“You will do well without me right? You sure you don’t want to go back with me? You can’t, right?”

Eunsoo thought about it for a moment and she was kinda tempted to change her mind but she decided not to for a reason.

“Yeah…..I will just cherish this as a good memory…” said Eunsoo letting out soft tears while being held into his arms.

Insoo was witnessing this from afar and he was a little afraid because he wasn’t so sure if he could be that replacement.

Minhyuk saw Bongsoon and Changsoo making out and he offered his bedroom to them.

“Hey you two! Get a room! I have plenty of them…do you want to use one of them?” said Minhyuk while embarrassing Brina.

“Honey … .don’t do that…..just let them be…you are interrupting their time together….” said Brina while blushing.

“Do you want to go to one of my rooms….? I want to cuddle with you….this won’t be our first time….we cuddled in one of my rooms before…you don’t remember?”

“Oh yeah…that…time….” Brina said shyly.

Bongsoon couldn’t help but to think that Changsoo is such a great kisser.

“You are so good…I am proud of you…” Bong said cutely while patting Changsoo’s head. 

“Oh….I should be the one doing that…” said Changsoo.

“What?”

“Patting people on the head should be my job not yours…”

“But you are so cute…and you are so good so how can I not?”

Bongsoon and Changsoo were making out again and then all of a sudden Jiyi came to visit with Sammy.

“Hi!”

“You scared me!” Changsoo said.

Bongsoon waved at Jiyi awkwardly while Sammy was kinda looking around feeling just as awkward as Bongsoon.

“So….what brings you here?” Changsoo asked.

Bongsoon then tapped Changsoo on the shoulder giving him hints that he should be a little nicer to Jiyi.

“Well……I am leaving…with him…” Jiyi pointed at Sam and Changsoo got the hint…

“Oh…so you are going with him back to Shilla or whatever right?” Changsoo asked teasingly.

“Yeah, I am … .It’s all your fault Changsoo … .your womanizing ways made me want to leave this modern world….” said Jiyi while pouting.

“Also, you didn’t even give me a chance while you gave everybody else the chance…that’s so cruel…! But it’s okay, you are nothing to me now! Humph! I have this king who is madly in love with me and he is taking me back to his timeline…!” Jiyi said while sneering but she still was sweet enough to give him a light hug, thanking him for helping her find true love by letting go of him. 

Insoo decided to go to where Seonwoo and Jen were. Insoo and Seonwoo are friends again but Insoo still wanted to be on good terms with Jen too.

“Hey Seonwoo, Hey Jen!” 

“Hi Insoo…I saw that you were talking to Eunsoo…you interested in her?”

“I think she is cute….” Insoo said looking awkward.

“You like her, I can tell..” Jen said, teasing Insoo.

“So, we are friends?” Insoo asked Jen awkwardly.

“Of course…I forgot about what happened before so don’t worry and good luck with Eunsoo…” Jen teased Insoo again.

“Talk to us if you need help winning Eunsoo over…” said Seonwoo smiling and patting Insoo on his shoulder.

Finally, Seonwoo, Insoo and Jen were all friends without being awkward.

Everyone had a chance to catch up and had some nice little dialogue. It was getting late and Minhyuk wanted to thank everyone and also mention the core people that helped him on his journey as a director before getting everyone to go to bed.

“Hey guys! Attention here please!” Minhyuk said while waving his hand in the most grand way possible.

“I want to thank you guys for being part of this project and helping me get to where I am right now! I want to give a special thanks to my girlfriend Brina, the cameraman Seonwoo, playwright Jen, and the man in charge of the music Insoo.” Minhyuk said without even taking a breather.

Each and every member of the Drama club looked at each other and smiled because they went through so much in such a short amount of time.

All the drama club members hugged one another and shook each other’s hands as well.

“It’s time to go to bed everybody….!” Minhyuk said. 

Technically today was the last day of the drama club, and it will be taking a break for awhile. However, Sam and Hwan have to be at the auditorium, where the dark portal is at so they would be able to go back to their timeline.

Everyone said good night to each other and went to bed. The next day came and just about everyone left Minhyuk’s house except for Jen and Seonwoo.

“Seonwoo! Jen!….did you utilize the bedroom I let you guys have?”

“Minhyuk!” Brina said as if she was scolding a little child.

“Sorry….they look so lovey dovey……so I thought they might have….”

“Stop being so naughty Minmin….Seonwoo and Jen aren’t like that….”

Seonwoo scratched his head because he was embarrassed that Minbrina was teasing him and Jen like that.

Jen was just as embarrassed. Minhyuk wasn’t completely wrong but he wasn’t completely right either.

Brina made everyone some breakfast. The house looked empty because everyone either left late last night or really early in the morning.

“Thanks, Seonwoo and Jen….I can’t thank you enough…”said Minhyuk

This gave Jen and Brina a chance to interact a little bit since they never really had an opportunity to do so.

“Jen…you are such a lucky girl to have a boyfriend like Seonwoo…he seems like a nice guy…”

“Yeah he is…” Jen said while nodding her head.

“Hey Brina…so are you saying that I am not a nice guy?” Minmin started to pout.

“No…it’s nothing like that…..” Brina argued.

The four ate breakfast like best friends while joking around and laughing, also teasing each other as well. 

“We better get going……we better go to the auditorium to see the royalties off…” Said Seonwoo.

“Oh yea? They have to be there, where the dark portal is… right?” Minhyuk asked.

“Mhmm… Yes, indeed” Jen answered.

“We better hurry then….” Said Brina eagerly.

The four all managed to get to the auditorium fairly quickly. All the drama club members were already there. 

The drama club was noisy because all the drama club members were chitter chattering while waiting for the instructions of the dark portal.

Jiyi already wrote a letter to her mom as soon as she got home to her rooftop apartment late last night.

The note read:

Dear Mother…I love you with all my heart…but I don’t think I belong in this world and this time line … .I met someone that I fell in love with because he fell in love with a lowly me. I hated being disrespected because of my lowly background and the one that is madly in love with me is a King/Emperor of Shilla Dynasty. And I feel like I would be well respected and treated like royalty there….Besides…..I don’t think I belong here anyways. I am so sorry mom that you have to go through this but I do love you, and I will remember you even when I am gonna be in a different timeline. Also, if we are fated to meet again, I am sure we will….and in that life I don’t want to be born poor…….Don’t be too sad for me….and please don’t cry…….I was just weighing you down anyways…..either way…I love you mom….take care and farewell…..

Sam, Hwan and Jiyi were all there, right in front of the dark portal waiting for the instructions of one of the gods of the dark portal. The other drama club members were just cheering them on in the background. They were happy for them but also they knew that they were gonna miss them. Eunsoo was in tears and Insoo was there to support her. Insoo had his arm gently wrapped around hers while Hwan was smiling at her and waving while moving his mouth saying something to her quietly.

“I love you….and I will miss you……He will take good care of you…..” 

Hwan wanted to give her a tight squeeze but he didn’t want to because he wanted Eunsoo to forget about his presence but with that hug it might linger on longer and he didn’ want that.

Finally the master of the dark portal started to talk.

“Now! I will take the three of you! Sam Maekjong, Lee Hwan, and Lee Jiyi will go to their respective timelines……First I will send Sam Maekjong and Lee Jiyi to Shilla and Lee Hwan to Joseon!” Said the master of the dark portal calmly.

As the dark portal was making these weird sound effects that you would only hear in sci-fi and fantasy films. And also the dark portal turned into different colors and it looked like some weird fancy party lights coming from the ceiling. 

Then suddenly, the drama club members heard a loud….BANG!

And as soon as the sound was gone the royalties and Jiyi were gone as well.

All the drama club members were devastated, especially Eunsoo.

Eunsoo fell on the ground and started to sob but Insoo was there to comfort her. Eunsoo put his head on Insoo’s shoulder. Kitten Brina was there too. Kitten Brina was inside of Insoo’s jacket pocket but she came out all of a sudden and sat on Eunsoo’s lap meowing because the kitty felt bad for Lee Eunsoo who just lost someone.

“Meow!” Kitten Brina cried…it was weird cus Kitten Brina sounded as if she said something like this.

“Meow, I am Brina…”

Minhyuk’s lady Brina heard Kitten Brina meowing and it caught her attention.

“Awww, it’s a cat…” then Brina started petting her.

“Oh by the way…is Eunsoo okay? Hwan is gone now…” Brina said feeling bad for Eunsoo.

“Yeah he is gone…” Eunsoo was still out of breath from too much crying and Insoo was there just comforting her from this loss. 

Brina was surprised to see the kitten’s collar.

“She has the same name as me?”Brina asked.

“Yeah….” Insoo answered.

Meanwhile, Sam and Jiyi safely arrived in Shilla. At least Sam wasn’t completely by himself as he arrived at his actual home.

Jiyi was confused because she never lived in the Shilla before, not even in her past life. Jiyi felt groggy but at least she had Sam to depend on.

The first person Sam saw was Moomyung. Sam was unconscious and it took him a while to snap out of it. Moomyung saw Sam on the ground with a woman. Moomyung was confused for many reasons and one of the main things was Sam’s outer appearance. Sam was still in his jeans and t-shirt with very short hair. Another thing that shocked Moomyung was the fact that she was with a woman and the woman had clothes that looked strange to him. She was wearing a modern one piece dress with a modern hairstyle and this threw off Moomyung big time.

Moomyung knew it was Sam because Sam was such a one of a kind that Moomyung instantly recognized him. As a matter of fact Sam went missing and Moomyung has been looking all over for Sam but there was this guy that resembled him with some strange clothes on.

“Hey you….look here….are you awake?” Moomyung asked Sam.

Sam instantly recognized Moomyung but Jiyi had no clue who that guy was.

“Moomyung…it’s you…..” Sam said more as he was able to snap out of this groggy state from time traveling from the modern world of 2023 back to Shilla in the 500s….

“Hey Moomyung….can you take me and this lady over to the doctors?”

When Sam said the doctors, he was talking about Aro’s place…..

“Yeah…..sure…” Moomyung said awkwardly and carried the two time travelers to Aro’s herbal medicine wellness center.

Back in Joseon, it was only Hwan who landed on this soil of Joseon he so missed but it was just him so he felt lonely compared to Sam since he had Jiyi’s company. 

Hwan felt dizzy and he was trying to snap out of it although it took awhile. Hwan was lying on the ground trying to snap out of it but luckily Jaeyi found him.

“Your highness! You okay? I’ve been looking all over for you…!”

It’s true, Jaeyi has been looking all over for her crown prince and there he was laying on the dirt unconscious.

“Have you been well…Jaeyi ya….” Hwan asked while cupping Jaeyi’s face. Despite the fact that Jaeyi was right in front of her, he was still able to see Eunsoo’s face instead …Hwan knew that it might take him a while to not see Eunsoo’s face.

Jaeyi answered Hwan.

“Have I been well? What are you saying?” Do I look okay to you? I’ve been looking all over Joseon for you…..for weeks! Maybe it was longer than weeks but either way…I’ve been looking all over for you..” Jaeyi yelled at Hwan while hitting him on the shoulder. Jaeyi started to cry all of a sudden and Hwan was devastated cus he saw Eunsoo’s crying face…it was still fresh in his mind but he realized that he is no longer in the Modern Republic of Korea anymore.

Hwan wiped the tears off of her face and she was still huffing from crying too much. She wiped off her own tears with her hands then lifted up this tall and handsome man.

“Let’s go…let me carry you to the palace..” said Jaeyi while still out of breath. 

Back in modern Korea….Jiyi’s mother received the letter she wrote her and she was devastated. She blamed herself for making her daughter run off like that. She is from the old world so she had no idea what timeline, time travel or going back in time is…she didn’t understand any of it……She didn’t believe in fantastical nor sci-fi kinds of things…..she just assumed that her daughter ran off with some guy in the modern world and she couldn’t help but to blame herself for that.

“This is all my fault…..I gave her this life of poverty so she ran off on me…” Jiyi’s mother said while weeping as she held onto the letter Jiyi wrote her, and it had tear marks on it.

Some time has passed. Eunsoo decided to give Insoo a chance. They were writing beautiful songs together with Insoo’s musical skill and Eunsoo’s lyric writing skills.. They both wrote a song called……..

When we meet again…….

We are bound to meet again. Fate goes round and round. 

We skipped all the steps to get there. The bridge will connect us to be happy again. We were once lost but now we are found.

The melody was a soothing ballad genre. Insoo wrote the music and Eunsoo wrote the lyrics to the melody that Insoo wrote.

As the song was being played, the nice piano melody with poetic lyrics were echoing…then all of a sudden it morphed into some strange musical number. It was that weird show tune for the play that Minhyuk directed. However, it wasn’t the same lyrics that Insoo originally wrote….

There were all the male drama club members standing on stage.

Seonwoo, Minhyuk, Yihyun, Changsoo, Dalbong, Yeonwoo, Insoo, and Myungsoo were on that stage. However, the shocking thing was the fact that Sam Maekjong and Hwan were on the stage too. All these handsome guys that resemble each other were singing some morphed version of the song that Insoo made for the play because it wasn’t the original lyrics … .it was something totally different with the same high school musical vibe show tune.

“We love you Jen! We all love you Jen! We are all here for you Jen! We belong to you Jen! We all love you! Then all these guys came onto Jen and kissed her and freaked her out. Jen was screaming going…

“Ahhhhh!” 

Then Jen felt someone shaking her and she thought it was all those Shikkie resembling guys kissing her and shaking her but it wasn’t….

It was the real Shikkie trying to wake up his girlfriend.

“Wake up! Wake up Babe!”

Jen opened her eyes and she realized that it was all a dream. She looked at her boyfriend confused. 

Her boyfriend sitting next to her looked like someone in between Yihyun and Seonwoo. 

“You do look like Seonwoo the most?” Jen said while touching her boyfriend’s face.

“What? Seonwoo..? You mean one of the characters I played?” Shikkie started to giggle because it looked like Jen was completely gone the way she was talking.

“Did you just have a dream?” Shikkie asked while laughing.

“Dream?! What? I just had a dream?”

“Yes! You were screaming….going.. AHHHHHH!”

Jen tried to snap out of it but couldn’t because that was the weirdest dream she had in recent history.

“Let me get you some water…” Shikkie said and he went over to the kitchen to get some water for her. Jen gulped the large glass of cold water down and she tried to be calm about everything.

Jen had this dream because she was so stressed. She got hired to be the writer for Comedy Superhero which is Shikkie’s new drama series he is working on. Jen was so pressured that it led to stress and it led to her having this wild ass dream.

“Is something bothering you?” Shikkie asked.

“Well…a little…it’s because….I got hired to write the script for your new drama series and I guess I have been very nervous…….and in my dream I was a writer for the play for my drama club…Minhyuk was the director, Seonwoo was the cameraman….”

“So the characters I played over the years were all in your dream?”

“Yes! And at the end of the dream, all the characters that you played came over to me singing me a song saying they all love me, and they all belong to me…it felt good but kinda creepy too…”

“You love me so much that you had to dream of all my characters saying that?” Shikkie was so happy that he totally consumed Jen’s mind, body and soul.

“Come here babe….” Shikkie held Jen while patting her on the head.

“All the characters I played were saying that because it’s true…..All of me belongs to you and since I love you wholeheartedly…..I am able to love with everything I have and that’s the equivalent to all those characters saying they love you and they belong to you…” Shikkie led out a small smile.

Shikkie cupped his long hands onto Jen’s small face and kissed her deeply and tenderly.
