NEXT AFTERNOON AT YUMIN HIGH SCHOOL THEATER

All the drama club members were able to come to the theater very early. They were able to skip their classes with their teachers’ permission since they had Changsoo supporting them.

 Changsoo is the son of the people that own Yumin High school so with one word from him, even the teachers have to listen. In the past he didn’t really use his power to help the drama club members because he didn’t want to abuse his power too much but today was an exception to the rule since the drama club members really needed it. They needed extra time to film the rest of the scenes before they started accepting patrons to come into watch their show. 

Dalbong had bags full of Tofu that he brought to school to share with his drama club friends. He wanted to let them know that he is proud of his dad for working his fingers to the bone to support the Three Cha Children, including himself. Seowool decided to help Dalbong carry the bags full of tofu to be his moral support.

“Dalbong ah, I will be happy to carry those for you…You can give some of those bags to me…”

“You sure? They are a little heavy…”

“Don’t worry, I am a strong woman…I can handle it…see these muscles …? When I was living with my grandpa in the countryside, I used to help him with the farm work ya know…”

“Okay then…thanks Seowool…”

The two royalties were feeling sad because they know that their days here in the modern world are numbered but they want to try to make this day a good day at least. Sam and Jiyi were holding hands in front of the cafeteria, making out before it’s time for them to go to the auditorium. 

“You are not hungry Jiyi?”

“No, not really….I feel like you are filling me up with your love so I don’t need food.”

Sam just looked at Jiyi with a smile and he was excited to go back to Shill and also take Jiyi back with him. 

Eunsoo wanted to enjoy some quality time with Hwan. They both went to a mini park within the school, to go for a little afternoon stroll before they had to go to the theater.

“I’m gonna miss you Hwannie…I don’t know how I could let you go…”

“You will do fine Eunsoo, you are a strong woman…”

“I don’t know if I could be a strong woman….not the way I’ve been feeling lately…”

Insoo happened to be there at the park, enjoying a little picnic for himself with  Kitten Brina. Insoo was feeding Kitten Brina some food.

“Meow…”

“There Lil Brina…”

Insoo was petting Lil Brina the kitten and he couldn’t help but to overhear Hwan and Eunsoo’s conversation. He knows what it’s like to go through losing his love. Insoo is a very sensitive guy so he was able to feel for Eunsoo more than anybody. Insoo thought maybe he should have a chit chat with her one of these days.

Yihyun and Sebom had to meet inside the cafeteria before going over to the theater because they needed something to snack on before the big day.

“Hey Yihyun, did you bring those digestive pills? I’m gonna take them after we get some food in our tummy.”

“Oh yea, I brought them….of course…”

“Good … .I need to take them just in case I get anxious later on…”

Kyungshim and Myungsoo were just holding hands walking around the whole school for the hell of it before going to the drama club.

“I never knew that our school was so big like this!” Myungsoo was such a kid. He was a bit immature but always had that childhood wonder that he carried around with him and Kyungshim really likes this about him.

“Snap out of it boy! We have to go to the drama club soon!” Kyungshim kinda smacked Myungsoo’s head but lightly.

Yeonwoo and Jina were in front of the drama club already. The door is already open but they decided to just sit on the bench next to the auditorium. Jina put her head on Yeonwoo’s shoulder while listening to music while sharing a pair of earphones.

“I really like this……I feel calm……I wonder how others are feeling right now?

“It’s nice isn’t it? The weather is nice too….” Yeonwoo said while smiling.

Jina took a little nap on Yeonwoo’s shoulder while he was holding her hands.

Minhyuk, Brina, Seonwoo and Jen were already in the auditorium. They managed to not go to any of their classes with Changsoo’s help. This was an exception to the rules.

“We just have to film a few scenes and that’s it. However, I think the musical number should be live. We would have someone press the play button in the back then Insoo’s music would be playing and we would be on stage singing and dancing ….” said Minhyuk firmly while letting out a goofy laugh.

“Also, we should go over the song once, so that way we know what we are doing … .the song is short, repetitive and simple so we would be able to learn it instantly…okay?” said Minhyuk, letting out a goofy laugh again. 

“I heard of Insoo’s music and it sounded kinda like a High School musical, except a little slower… and also a little jazzier too,” Jen said. 

“That’s so true Jen…..It did kinda sound like High School musical slowed down…” Brina agreed with Jen.

“Do you have any opinions on this Seonwoo?” Minhyuk asked cus Seonwoo has been dead quiet.

“Sorry, I was deep in thought about how I should film the scenes…..At least I won’t have to be filming while we are on stage dancing … .so I could participate too….” Seonwoo said while letting out a deep sigh. He felt that being part of the musical number would be a special memory for him but it would suck if he couldn’t participate because he has to film everyone enjoying themselves. 

“Exactly!” Minhyuk said with a lot of emphasis.

Both Minhyuk and Seonwoo had ideas about how they should be filming the remaining scenes so they felt satisfied about the finishing touch of it all.

As Minhyuk, Seonwoo, Jen and Brina were getting prepared to shoot the remaining scenes everyone showed up, including Changsoo.

Minhyuk was thankful that Changsoo is backing them up cus if it weren’t for him most of these students might have not been able to get out of their classes early.

“Hey Min! I was able to use my powers a little…..!” Changsoo didn’t have to fill him in cus Minhyuk knew exactly what he meant.

“Thanks Changsoo, I owe you one!” 

Minhyuk and Changsoo weren’t always friendly towards each other like this but they saw a common ground because of what they have to go through, thanks to their brotherhood rivalry.

“Listen up folks! We have to get to filming right away, we don’t have much time! And as soon as we are done filming, it will be time for the patrons to come  to enjoy our show!” Minhyuk sounded nervous as he said this because he was worried about the turn out and also wrapping up the filming too. 

Minhyuk made Eunsoo cry while holding onto Hwan.

“Eunsoo……you need to cry naturally…yes like that…..” Minhyuk directed as Seonwoo was filming the scenes with his camera. Jen was just witnessing her script unfold with the direction of Ahn Minhyuk.

“Don’t go…..please……Hwan…you can’t leave me like this…….I am getting used to you and you are gonna go!?” Minhyuk loved Eunsoo’s delivery. Minhyuk has no idea that Eunsoo is for reals here. He knows that they have a thing for each other and are kinda together but he still has no clue that they were super close.

“Cut! Good job! Eunsoo! I love your delivery…now it’s your turn Hwan……you have to try to calm Eunsoo down somehow … ..and make it realistic…Ready! Action!” Minhyuk was becoming more and more like a director as the days went by. Most people didn’t take him seriously at the beginning but they are now. 

“Eunsoo my dear…..I told you before…you will find someone better…someone from your time…someone that you won’t have to say goodbye to ever again…” Minhyuk loved Hwan’s delivery too because it looked like Hwan was overwhelmed by sadness too and he was able to feel it right in his gut.

Insoo was sitting on one of the seats in the front watching the rest of the filming for this project and he was able to feel for this performance. He knows what Eunsoo and Hwan are going through because he overheard them earlier at the school park.

“Eunsoo and Hwan you guys are good to go and now I need Yeonwoo, Jina, Yihyun and Sebom to film your scenes….” Minhyuk said while overdoing his hand gestures.

“Yeonwoo and Yihyun, you boys need to be arguing about paranormal vs hard science. While Sebom and Jina back up their boyfriends or whatever….”

“Ready! Action!” said Minhyuk

“Hey! Paranormal does exist! You can’t just solve this situation by just evidence science alone!”

“Science is King! In the detective world, we go by evidence science not that hocus pocus bull crap!”

“You guys should give Yeonwoo a chance! He has the best of both worlds! He also believes in science but when it comes to the mysteries of the world that science can’t solve, then he brings in the supernatural…what’s so wrong with that?”

“Yeonwoo and his girlfriend are a bunch of fools…Yihyun, show them what you are made of!” sebom said, determined.

“Go Yeonwoo! You really think that you are so smart! You are not! You are nothing but a fool believing in nonsense! In the detective world there is no such thing as paranormal and the supernatural!” said Yihyun making strong emphasis about his conviction about his beliefs in this matter.

“Perfect! You guys are perfect! I like the delivery of all your performances!” said Minhyuk once again feeling satisfied with all his performers.

“Next up is Dalbong, Seowool, Kyungshim, and Myungsoo….”

The four that were mentioned just now had no idea what they were supposed to do because they felt like they really didn’t have anything going on as characters.

“Do we actually have something to do?” Dalbong asked, a little surprised.

“Yeah……why are you so surprised?” Minhyuk asked in a surprised voice.

“I feel like this play is more about the time travelers.”

“Let’s not waste time Dalbong…We have to hurry up…..because we have to open up the theater for the people soon … .Now, where was I? Yes, Dalbong and Seowool … .you need to bring up the proposal from the past…”

“Hey….you proposed to me when I was ten years old! You don’t remember at all?”

“I think I did propose to you but I was only a little child! You actually would take what a child said so seriously?”

“To me I take what people say seriously, you shouldn’t promise anything unless you mean it…that’s what my grandfather taught me growing up!”

“Good…Perfect! See? You do have characterization! Nice going, you two!” said Minhyuk, satisfied even with the minor characters. 

Dalbong and Seowool looked at each other relieved that they weren’t just there for decorations.

“Kyungshim and Myungsoo! You have to act silly for us! You have to be our comedy duo!”

“Ready and action!”

“Come here you … .you good for nothing man child! I’m gonna teach you how to be a real man, got that?!” 

“Yes, ma’am! I will do as you say!”

“Stop being a spoiled little brat and do some chores while you are at it!”

Kyungshim was literally spanking Myungsoo and everyone started to laugh. This almost felt like some weird slapstick comedy.

“Good, Good….a little comedy is good and you two are perfect for that!”

 “Next we  have Changsoo and Bongsoon.”

Minhyuk felt weird giving Changsoo direction cus technically Changsoo is Minhyuk’s boss and superior since he is the son of the man that owns Yumin High School.

“Ummm..Changsoo and Bongsoon…it will be great if you two first act just friendly towards each other……”

“Ready! Action!”

“Oh you dropped something on the floor..”

“Yeah, that is my notebook…It’s my favorite too…..”

“It has a teddy bear on it…..how cute…”

“Oh thank you…..”

Changsoo and Bongsoon acted like people that were experiencing love at first sight without giving too much away.

“Cut! Nice job! I love the way you two are hinting at something beautiful that’s about to come!” Minhyuk started doing his weird theatrical hand gestures which brought some laughter from the drama club members.

“Oh shoot! I almost forgot the main characters of this play. We cannot do that right? Jiyi and Sam please come up and show us what you got! Ready! Action!”

“Look at the portal up there……We are gonna be going back through that dark portal … .We will both be in Shilla Dynasty, My beloved Home…..”

“I’m so happy to go with you Sam! I know I’m a hopeless romantic willing to go anywhere for my love….I’m so excited!”

Jiyi ran over to Sam and hugged him while acting so cute and shy. Then Sam kissed Jiyi passionately and everyone clapped.

“WOOOOOOOO!” Everyone started to cheer because who doesn’t like two gorgeous young men and women kissing like that?

“The people in my Shilla will love you just like how the modern people treated me here so don’t worry everything will be great over there!”

“Don’t worry Sammy……I’m gonna write a little note to my family…I’m gonna try my best to comfort them with my words from this world and hopefully we will meet in the future!”

“Cut….I love this…This is so fantastical…..!” Minhyuk was smiling because he felt he can use this story for his future time travel and reincarnation 3d game. 

“Now we are about to wrap it up but I think we need Seonwoo, Jen and Insoo then Me and Brina…..We are also performers here as well….. hahahaha!”

“Us too?” Jen and Seonwoo asked at the same time.

“Yup!”

Brina looked at Minmin confused because she thought she was just an assistant to promote the play, but she didn’t mind making a so-called cameo appearance. 

“Seonwoo and Jen…….I want you two to be in the film but….I think I will hold the camera and film you two as I’m directing…”

“Seonwoo, Jen and…oh yea … .I forgot about Insoo…I need you three  to come up and do your thang…..I am a novice with camerawork so you guys might come out a little weird…sorry about that…”

“I need you three to do what you need to do…..you know the drill?”

“Ready and Action!”

“How could you do this Jen?! I thought you were my girlfriend?! How could you be tempted by him?”

“Seonwoo ya, it’s all a misunderstanding…..I would never do that to you! So can you please let it go and help me with my script writing?”

“Seonwoo, you are my best friend and I am disappointed in you! You should trust your girlfriend more! I was the one that grabbed her hand and Jen was not even aware of my intentions!”

Seonwoo didn’t know that he had it in him since he was just a camera guy and he thought he had no talent in acting whatsoever. 

Seonwoo ran after Jen and held her. Everyone was surprised that Seonwoo can actually act. People had a hard time accepting this because they are just used to him holding a camera and filming everybody else.

“I love you Jen! I am sorry for not trusting you! I can’t live without you…so please forgive me!” Seonwoo let everything out even if it’s just acting and everyone clapped for Seonwoo and even he was surprised with himself. Seonwoo ran over to Jen and held her tight and said it again. “I love you JEN!” Jen was able to feel all of his love through his words and the way he was hugging her.

“No worries Seon Woo ya, I love you too….I’m sorry for making you misunderstand me…it’s my fault….” Everyone thought that Jen was equally as good and they also had a hard time accepting this because they are just used to seeing her write and type the words they say.

“Perfect! Seonwoo, and Jen you are amazing…Oh and Insoo you were great too!”

“I guess it’s my turn now right? You can have your camera back Seonwoo … .okay…I’m ready and I think Brina is ready too so you can film us now…”

Seonwoo took his camera back and he had to be the director a bit.

“Ready and Action!” Seonwoo said while trying to convince everyone that he is the director now temporarily.

“Brina…just forget about that guy! I am so much better than him! He probably has so many girls all over him so why would you waste your time with that womanizer? I will be your one woman man…!” Minhyuk said as if he was trying to serenade Brina or something.

Changsoo knew that part was about him and he couldn’t help but to giggle…If this was in the past he would have said something to Minhyuk by now but he is a different person at this point in his life. Changsoo was watching this part while holding Bongoon’s hands.

“Minmin….I don’t even like him anymore…I am all over him….I am the one who dumped him and I dumped him for a reason and you are right…he is a womanizer and he never cared about me when we were together…so yes, Minmin……I am willing to be yours…” Brina said in a cute and charming voice with lots of Latin passion.

“Oh really? Okay then…COME HERE MY SWEET!” Minhyuk ran over to Brina in the most flamboyant way possible while doing a lot of hand gestures. 

“Now Cut! You are good Minhyuk and Brina.” said Seonwoo.

“You are not just saying that right?”

“No, Why would I do that?” said Seonwoo with his innocent giggles while showing his crescent moon eyes.

“Okay, now it seems like everyone has said their lines. Now we have to practice that song Insoo made and then we will be done to present our film/play to the people that are gonna come and watch our show.

Minhyuk was so excited to showcase this project that he has been working on for so long. He was rubbing his hands out of nervousness. He is making a great debut as a director for this strange project. 

“Insoo, give me the lyrics of the song. We will go over it real quick then we will sing and dance to it with the music.” Said Minhyuk enthusiastically.

“The lyrics are pretty repetitive so it would be easy to remember and the dance moves are very simple as well. And I wrote the song using simple chords so you’ll be able to catch onto the melody right away.” Said Insoo while smiling.

Insoo took a deep breath and started to sing the simple song for everyone.

“We are one, You are one, We are one and You are one….We are all in this together!!!”

“That part should be everybody’s part. And while singing that particular line, all you have to do is wiggle your arms around up in the air.” Insoo said giggling a little.

“What?!” 

Yihyun thought this was silly but he still decided to go along with it anyway.

The drama club members sang the lines and even did the dance that Insoo told them to do. It was almost like a miracle cus the drama club members were able to follow along without any problem.

“What are the rest of the lines? Are there solo parts too?” Minhyuk asked out of curiosity.

“Yes … .the main parts will be sung by Sam, Hwan, Jiyi and Eunsoo. While everybody will be singing back up…” Insoo said.

Insoo continued on……

“Sam and Hwan! Both of you sing the line that goes….”

“We are from different times and places but we are still one with you!”

“Jiyi and Eunsoo, both of you ladies sing the line that goes like this…”

“We are from here and you are from there but we are still connected to you~~~”

“Then we need all the guys to come up and sing the line that goes like this…”

“We are all connected, We are all the same, We are one with you and we all love you~~~”

“Then everyone needs to sing that part, the chorus part I taught you….”

“We are one, You are one, We are one and You are one….We are all in this together!!!”

“That’s it!” Insoo said feeling determined and enthusiastic about this song. He was also proud that his song would be heard throughout the whole school and he was happy that the drama club members learned the song very quickly. 

The drama club members practiced the song one more time and they were able to get it right perfectly. Both Insoo and Minhyuk said that it was a blessing and miracle for everyone to get it right by going over it just twice. 

“Okay, now all we have to do is wait for the people to show up and that would be any time now … .so Let’s all gather together and pray…..”

All the drama club members gathered around in a circle to pray to the heavens for the turn out and a good rocking show.

“Dear God, we pray that you will bring us a lot of people and we also pray that you will bless us with a good show today…Amen!” 

Finally the drama club members were ready to receive the crowd but they were all nervous. They were rubbing their hands on their pants to wipe off the sweat. 

It was about time, people were starting to come into the theater one by one. 

Brina was the usher, she gave out the pamphlets that she prepared the other day. Minhyuk saw how prepared Brina was and was happy that she was his girlfriend. Minhyuk didn’t even mention anything about the brochure but she did it without even being told to. Minhyuk realized that the brochure is an important thing for the audience but Minhyuk completely forgot about that part. Fortunately, Brina came prepared and Minhyuk was so delighted about that.

Brina was in front of the theater handing out brochures and greeted everyone.

“Welcome, thank you for coming to see our play.” Brina said with a friendly voice and a cute smile.

All the other drama club members were seated in the very front seat except for Seonwoo cus he had to be the one in charge of playing the film for the audiences. Seonwoo was where the devices were so he would be able to play the movie that he filmed. 

Minhyuk was happy that the turn out was a full house. Enough people came to fill the auditorium. 

“Ladies and gentleman, thanks for coming to our theater to watch our play. Yumin High school presents this play that we worked so hard on called, “THEATER COMPANY!”

The fanfare played, the curtains opened then Seonwoo played the movie that he filmed himself and it was being shown to everyone that showed up. The show was sold out and Minhyuk and Brina were so surprised but happy nonetheless. Min and Brin gave each other a high five while the audience was quietly and attentively watching the show. 

The very beginning part started out with Minhyuk being proud of his position as the Drama Club president. He hired Seonwoo, Jen, Brina, Bongsoon and  Insoo to be part of the crew. The drama club was discussing what play to do and they chose to do their own version of Hwarang, Minhyuk had the confidence to do it better than the TV drama that aired several years ago. 

The audience seemed to be calm so far because there’s nothing really going on except for introducing the characters that seem to be the core of the film. However, they will be in for some turn of events pretty soon.

Now Minhyuk and Brina were on screen. Minhyuk was jealous of Changsoo. Brina used to go out with the rich womanizer Changsoo but she broke it off with him because she just couldn’t date someone that couldn’t take her seriously.  Brina had a thing for Minhyuk and he had a thing for her. However, Minhyuk kept on thinking that Brina was missing her ex which wasn’t true at all.

“Hey are you still seeing that womanizer?”

“No! I am not! I have been over him already! I don’t like that womanizer!” Brina said feeling upset that Minhyuk would accuse her that way when the only person she is in love with is him…

“Oh…I’m sorry…then who are you into? Do you love anyone else?”

Brina was upset that Minhyuk asked that question because in her mind it should be obvious already.

“How could you not know? It’s obvious…..It’s you Minmin…You!” Brina said in a frustrated voice. She had the right to be frustrated because they would talk to each other on the phone almost everyday and also Brina has been ignoring Changsoo’s call too. 

The reaction from the crowd was like what? They felt bad for Brina because Minhyuk misunderstood her true feelings so they couldn’t help but to go…. “Awwww…” in some moments. 

The audience thought that it was strange that it’s a play but it’s playing like a movie and they were making the woosh noises and whispering to each other because they have never seen anything like this before. 

The film started moving along to the more interesting scenes.

“What are you doing with him Jen? How could you do that to me? I thought you were my girlfriend?” Seonwoo asked Jen in frustration and anger. 

“Ohhhhh….Nooooo…” The audience started to get into it.

“No! It’s not Jen’s fault! I was the one who lured her into my world! Don’t blame her! And why don’t you trust her?! I thought you loved her!? Love is about trust isn’t it?!” Insoo said with frustration.

The audience who were sitting in their respective seats were starting to express their concerns while being completely into the performance. Minhyuk and Changsoo were both happy because they were able to tell that their show is well received by the audience so far.

Then the part where Seonwoo runs after Jen is on the screen now. 

“Babe, I’m so sorry…….I love you and I care about you … ..sorry I wasn’t able to trust you…Insoo is right, I should trust you if I say that I love you….” That line was able to relate to people and everyone cheered by making the woot woot noise. Then suddenly people started to clap as well.

“I love you too Seonwoo ya!” Seonwoo and Jen’s parts ended as they were hugging each other lovingly.

Now it was finally the real core characters of the show that are about to appear very very soon. Sam and Hwan were about to be seen through the big screens. 

All of a sudden Sam and Hwan dropped from the sky and the sound effect that Seonwoo was able to capture gave it some realism. Not only did Seonwoo capture the sound but also visually he was able to focus on the portals so the audience was able to see and feel that these royalties from different timelines really did fall from the sky, more like the ceiling. 

Minhyuk didn’t know this but Changsoo’s parents were in the back watching and also a few famous directors and producers from well known TV stations were checking out Minhyuk’s directorial debut as well.

Sam and Hwan dropped from the ceiling and everyone in the film was shocked. Minhyuk, Brina, Seonwoo, Jen, Insoo and Bongsoon looked shocked by what they witnessed. Jiyi, Eunsoo, Yihyun, Yeonwoo and Jina were surprised too. Later on Sebom would be part of the gang trying to understand this weird phenomenon. 

“Where is this place? Where Am I?” Sam Maekjong asked and Hwan looked at Sam Maekjong then asked again.

“Where am I? Is this another one of those curses? Why am I here? Is this a trick?” Hwan was confused but so was Sam Maekjong. These royalties are from different time periods. One is a warrior and a King/Emperor from the Shilla Dynasty and the other is the crown prince/scholar from Joseon Dynasty.

Yihyun and Yeonwoo came up to investigate. Yihun tried to look into the situation from a very evidenced based science but Yeonwoo thought there could be more to it than that. 

The audience was shocked to see and hear what was happening. They seemed to be impressed with the acting, the camera work and the story in itself. They loved the background music to go with it too.

“How can people from other time periods fall from the sky or the ceiling like that…? This is nonsense!” Yihyun said in disbelief.

“I can see what you mean but there could be some supernatural reasons that science isn’t able to explain!” Yeonwoo said with emphasis although Yihyun discarded what he said almost immediately.

The audience made sounds that even they are in disbelief but they were willing to give Yeonwoo a chance unlike Yihyun.

The two ladies, Jiyi and Eunsoo looked intrigued by the two royalty time travelers although Jiyi looked more enthusiastic about it than Eunsoo was.

“What are these guys? Are they cosplayers? Why are they in costumes? Can I touch them?” Jiyi asked in her childish voice. 

Eunsoo was just quietly observing the two strange guys from another place and another era.

“I think they are from different time periods……but I can’t figure out why these guys from other eras would be here….”

Everyone was trying to figure out what these royalties from different time periods were about and the audience were trying to do the same…..

The Royalties were confused in the film, the other characters were just as equally feeling the same way and of course the audience had the same sentiment as everyone in the film.

Meanwhile…..in the film while people are making all kinds of noise about the royalties we got a chance to see the other minor characters too.

Kyungshim, Myungsoo, Dalbong, Seowool, Changsoo and Bongsoon were those minor characters in the film. Changsoo was proud of himself in the film even though it’s a very small role. However, he is even more proud because this production/project wouldn’t even exist without his support. 

“Come over here you fool!” said Kyungshim while chasing after Myungsoo as if he is like her child. The audience started to laugh.

“Hahahahaha!” Everyone started to crack up.

Kyungshim has natural comedic timing while Myungsoo is able to match that these two make a great comedic duo.

Bongsoon was sitting next to Changsoo. They seemed to be interested in each other but they were holding back for different reasons. Bongsoon accidentally dropped her notebook with a teddy bear on it. She was into cute stationeries like a young girl.

Changsoo saw that Bongsoon was trying to pick up the notebook and he couldn’t ignore it so he picked it up and said.

“Here, is this yours?”

“Yes, thank you…”

The audience was able to feel the romantic tension between these two although they were trying their best to act way reserved than they normally would be.

Last but not least the film was now showing Dalbong and Seowool.

“Why did you propose to me when you weren’t even serious about it?!” Seowool said angrily with a disappointed face.

“What do you expect from a ten year old?! You would actually believe in what a ten year old said about that?! If you truly believed that then you are naive and stupid!”

Dalbong said in disbelief. 

The audience felt bad for Seowool but they also felt that Dalbong had a point. What is a ten year old supposed to do realistically?

Finally, the audience heard something grand coming from the theater……It almost sounded like an echo…..this wasn’t in the film, Seonwoo certainly did not film this but the part of the film we are in right now is the part where the Grand Master of the portal started to speak about the two royalties. 

“All of you listen up…..the time is almost near for the two royalties to use this portal to go back to their timeline soon … .they have one week to prepare to leave this modern world…” 

This certainly wasn’t special effects. In the movie when Seonwoo filmed it wasn’t special effects and whatever is going on now above the ceiling of the Yumin theater wasn’t either. All the audience, including Changsoo’s parents, staff and some of the VIP guests were shocked as well. The performers or the drama club members weren’t because they have seen this already.

Changsoo’s parents, the owner of Yumin High school, had no idea that their school had this kind of weird paranormal supernatural powers. Changsoo’s dad momentarily thought that his school could be haunted although he discarded that thought almost right away. 

The movie got really quiet and all of a sudden the drama club members all came out to sing the song Insoo wrote live. 

“We are one, you are one, we are one, and you are one…we are all in this together!” All the drama club members came out and sang that part while doing the motion and dance that Insoo taught them earlier.

The music was kinda similar to what was being played in High School musicals with a hint of Latin and Jazz. 

Then the two time travelers started to sing their lines like how Insoo taught them a little while ago. 

“We are from different times and places but we are still connected to you…”

The audience couldn’t help but to  react to Sam and Hwan singing their little lines.

The beautiful ladies Jiyi and Eunsoo came and sang their parts cutely.

“We are from here and you are from there but we are still connected to you.”

The audience started to cheer. Changsoo’s father and VIPs were very proud of the production team, meaning the drama club members.

Last but not least all the male drama club members sang their lines as well.

Minhyuk, Seonwoo, Changsoo, Insoo, Sam, Hwan, Yihyun, Yeonwoo, Dalbong and Myungsoo all came up to the stage and played their part of the song. 

“We are all connected, we are all the same, we are all one with you, and we all LOVE YOU!”

The audience clapped as the song stopped playing. All the drama club members came and bowed.

Everyone stood in a long line. Minhyuk the director, Changsoo the producer/financier, Seonwoo the cameraman/cinematographer, Jen the writer, Brina the promoter, and Insoo the music director stood in one line. 

Then the actors all stood in their own line as well. Sam, Hwan, Jiyi, Eunsoo, Bongsoon, Dalbong, Seowool, Kyunshim, Sebom, Jina, and Myungsoo.

All the staff and crew, and the actors/actresses stood in front of the audience and waved at them while the crowd was cheering. All of the drama club members knew that it was a success. The turn out was good, the reaction was good and every member of the drama club was able to pull off what they were given as well.

The Vips were asking Changsoo’s father who was responsible for this production and he said it was his son Changsoo and his friend the drama club president Minhyuk.

“Wow, I want to hire Ahn Minhyuk as an assistant director after he graduates from here..” One famous director told Changsoo’s father.

The audience gave the drama club members a standing ovation and everyone that was involved with this project bowed to their fans with deep gratitude.

“Thank you everyone for coming to our show and Thank you for enjoying it!” said Minhyuk with a huge smile.

The audience clapped and cheered some more before heading out of the theater. All the kids from Yumin high school that came to see the show seemed satisfied. Even the kids that laughed at the drama club members changed their minds about it.

“That show was good huh?” Some kid asked another as they were heading out and Minhyuk heard that and it made him feel good.

By now all the audience was gone. The only people left in the theater were the drama club members, Changsoo’s dad and a famous director that was invited as one of the VIP guests. 

“That was great!” Changsoo’s father was proud of his youngest boy. Changsoo’s father decided to consider giving him a bigger role in the company instead of his older sons.

Changsoo didn’t want to take all the credit. He decided to be humble and give Minhyuk the credit for the success of the show.

“Dad…you should compliment Min Hyuk…Ahn Minhyuk…He is the drama club president. He worked so hard to make this show a success, not me…”

 Minhyuk felt a little embarrassed for being pointed out that way.

“Thank you young man for putting on a good show…I look forward to you leading our drama club into a success.” Changsoo’s dad patted Minhyuk on the shoulder and complimented on his hard work. Changsoo’s dad also decided to put more money into their drama club so they can bring more talented people into show business. 

The director wanted to say something as well.

“You are Ahn Minhyuk? I’m impressed that you were able to put on a show like that and you are only in High School…I would love to work with you someday…keep it up kid..” The director said while patting him on the shoulder. 

Everyone at the drama club was beat and they felt so relieved that everything went well. Changsoo’s dad and the diretor guy left too so it was just the drama club members now.

Minhyuk wanted to thank everyone because he feels that this couldn’t have happened without people that helped him along the way. 

“Thank you all for helping me with this project! Sorry if I was the only one that was complimented and praised … .without all of you…I don’t think I would’ve been able to come this far…….”Minhyuk said almost in tears. Minhyuk held Brina and said.

“This cute latin chick really helped me with the promotion and promotion of this project…” He kissed her on the lips in front of everyone while he thanked the others as well.

“I also  got a lot of help from Seonwoo, Jen, Insoo and certainly Changsoo. Oh and our main actors … .Sam, Hwan, Jiyi and Eunsoo too … .I can’t leave out the rest of the cast too…..I thank you all! Let’s go party guys! My treat!” said Minhyuk enthusiastically while trying to hold back his tears from happiness.

“But…Minhyuk … .we were supposed to have a slumber party at my rooftop apartment…” said Jiyi…while pouting.

“Well….let’s go then! What are we waiting for?” Minhyuk said with a goofy grin on his face.

“No…it’s supposed to be an all girls slumber party…..” Jiyi said with a pouty face again.

“Huh? Can we make it an all Co-ed slumber party?” Minhyuk asked with a goofy face with his tongue sticking out.

“But my house is too small for that!” Jiyi cried.

“How about we do it in my backyard?” asked Minhyuk while laughing really loud.

Insoo happened to stand next to Eunsoo although Hwan was on her other side. Insoo looked at Eunsoo thinking that she is really pretty, maybe not as pretty as Jen but still pretty nonetheless. 

Dalbong almost forgot because of so much going on and a whole lot of distraction.

Dalbong looked at Seowool. Seowool helped Dalbong with the Tofu earlier. 

“Do you have the bags?” Dalbong asked Seowool.

“Yeah…”

Dalbong and Seowool passed out a block of tofu to all the drama club members.

“Hey everyone, try this block of tofu..you’ll love it! My father is a tofu maker and I wanted to share it with you hahahaha!” Dalbong said while sounding like the most cheerful guy in the world.

Everyone took a bite and they all said…

“UMMM WOW DELICIOUS!” 

“Isn’t it? Hahahaha!”

The drama club was full of laughter. They were sharing and enjoying each other’s company…Theater company. Minhyuk interrupted everyone to tell them that they should all go to their house for the slumber party and all of the drama club members agreed to it. However, Insoo realized that he had to go grab kitten Brina from the school pet day care.

“Oh…Minhyuk…Can I stop by the pet day care here at the school? I need to go get my pet kitten real quick…”

“Sure….go for it…..” Minhyuk said very agreeably.

“Is it okay if I bring my kitten to the slumber party, Minhyuk?”

“Of course! Go right ahead!” said Minhyuk in such a good mood.

Everyone from the drama club including Kitten Brina all went over to Minhyuk’s house to celebrate in his backyard. It’s a co-ed slumber party and a celebration for the success of the Theater Company!
