Mama Hyojoo was bothered by what was going on. Daddy Shikkie wanted to share what happened to him earlier more in detail but he didn’t know how. He was still terrified about what went on at his office early in the afternoon. 

Hyojoo grabbed Shikkie’s face and looked him dead in the eyes. 

“You would never cheat on me right?”

“Of course not….Why would I? You don’t trust me?”

“No, it’s not that……I am not interrogating you … .I am just communicating with you……”

Hyojoo laid out a deep sigh and continued on.

“I heard on the radio that a lot of people get a divorce because of misunderstanding and lack of communication…..I am so happy that you been faithful to me for 10 years, that’s not easy to do…..I mean, look you are such a gorgeous man……but if we are gonna make this last and be there for our little Jen…we gotta start talking….honey…”

“Okay…well…..I was scared…I was really scared…”

“What happened?”

Shikkie started crying and Hyojoo never saw him cry like this before and she began to worry.

“This woman, the divorced mother by the name Uee Kim…she has a little daughter by the name Julia…..she is the kid that Lil Jen tutors from time to time because she has learning disabilities and on top of that she has a heart condition that she had since she was five years old…….” Shikkie had to pause for a bit because this was too much for the traumatized daddy Shikkie.

Hyojoo patted her husband on the shoulder and she was willing to hear him out and all of it without misunderstanding him and such.

“Her daughter is sick…she has some kind of heart condition so she brought her to my hospital…….and then…..” Shikkie had a hard time continuing on because he was still terrified about that moment. Shikkie was shivering in fear and Hyojoo comforted her husband by hugging him and patting him on the head.

“It’s okay honey…you can tell me everything…I won’t scold you…I’m here for you….” Hyojoo said gently. Hyojoo was very supportive. A lot of women would be scolding their husbands in situations like these. 

“Okay…I will get straight to the point…..She…She hugged me then kissed me…..and she did that in front of her sick child too…”

Shikkie sighed then managed to continue on…

“I’m Sorry, sweetie I should have stopped her but the nice old me just couldn’t get her off of me…but know this…I did not enjoy it…in fact I hated it … .I was scared, terrified and frightened…” 

Hyojoo knew that her husband was telling the truth and being genuine about all this. However, Hyojoo is very pissed off at Julia’s mother. 

“That crazy woman! Don’t worry honey, I will take care of this situation once and for all. How could she do that to a married man and on top of that in front of her little sick child?!” Hyojoo said while feeling really angry about this whole situation. Hyojoo had invisible steam come out of her head because she was so mad. She was huffing and making noise with her mouth due this whole fiasco.

“I don’t know……I don’t know what to do….I am so sorry that I’m too nice and too friendly….” Shikkie felt bad because he couldn’t handle it like a man.

“No sweetheart, this is not your fault…..You being a nice guy isn’t a bad thing but it’s really a woman like her that’s the problem in our society.”

Hyojoo and Shikkie just held each other to sleep while Little Kitten Brina was on top of Shikkie Purring.

“Meow…”

“Now, now Kitten Brina…let’s go to sleep…” Shikkie petted the little kitten and they were off to sleep.

While Lil Jen had the company of a nice audio book and a cute little teddy bear that her dad bought for her several months ago.

Hyojoo, Shikkie, Lil Jen and Kitten Brina all fell asleep in peace.

The next morning came and it was another day again for everyone. Hyojoo looked groggy and so did everyone else. Mama Hyojoo was getting Lil Jen ready for school while Daddy Shikkie was still laying in bed holding Kitten Brina. 

“Meow…” Kitten Brina meowed and purred. This kitty really loves dad. She loves Lil Jen and Mama Hyojoo too but she just can’t help but to be so attached to him.

“There..there…good kitty….daddy has to get up now….and get ready for work…” Shikkie said while petting Kitten Brina gently.

Shikkie decided to go and give his little girl a hug and say good morning to her.

“Goodmorning, sweetheart…”

“Goodmorning, daddy.”

Then Shikkie went over to his wife and not only hugged her but kissed her too, in front of his lil daughter, and the little pet kitten.

“Hmmmmm I love hugging you in the morning…” said Shikkie looking comfortable cuddling with his wife early in the morning.

“How are you honey? Did you sleep well?” Hyojoo looked into her husband’s eyes, deeply concerned. 

“Yeah, I slept well, thanks to you babe…” Shikkie said with a gentle smile.

“Let’s eat some breakfast.” Mama Hyojoo said while heading over to the kitchen to prepare a bowl of cereal for everyone.

Shikkie was eating as if he hadn’t eaten in days, which made Hyojoo worried. 

“Slow down sweetheart……nobody is coming after you.” Hyojoo was wondering if he is 

acting like this because he is traumatized. 

Hyojoo texted Jina to let her know what’s been going on and once Jina got the message she offered to do Hyojoo’s work for her so that way she would be able to be present when taking Lil Jen to school and back.

“Honey, you won’t have to take Jen to school today, I will … .and also I think you need to start looking into a hiring a security for your hospital……We can’t be having women like Mrs. Kim visiting your workplace like that.”

Hyojoo said everything out in the open, even in front of Lil Jen who was sitting at the table eating breakfast.

“Jen, it looks like you are all ready now, mommy will take you to school today….Give daddy a hug so mommy can take you to school….” Hyojoo said with a lot of emphasis. 

“Give daddy a hug sweetheart.” Said Shikkie.

“I love you daddy!”

“I love you too sweetheart!”

Jen was worried about her daddy but she felt relieved that her dad won’t have to see that crazy woman since her mom is gonna be taking her to school today.

“Drive safe honey.” Hyojoo kissed her husband and let him be on his way. 

“Let me kiss my baby girl…Muah!” Daddy Shikkie kissed his lil daughter before he headed out the door.

“We should get going too Jen, don’t want you to be late for school….You look all ready to go my dear.” Said mom.

Hyojoo felt more relieved that she was the one taking her daughter to school instead of her husband.

“Mommy…how did you and daddy fall in love?” LiL Jen asked her mom while she was driving deep in thought.

“It’s a long story sweetie….I don’t think now is the time to talk about stuff like that….”

“Sorry, mommy…” Lil Jen felt so bad for asking that question.

“No, sweetheart….Mommy will come and pick you up later so be good, and listen to your teachers, okay?”

“Yes, mommy…I’m a big girl….I will be good.” Jen smiled at her mother.

“We’re here already….wow that was quick.”

“Let me help you get out of the car sweetie.”

“No mommy, I can do it…I’m a big girl…”

“Just be careful okay?”

Jen got out of the car carefully so her mother won’t worry about her. Mama Hyojoo got out of the car to give her a big hug.

“I love you sweetie.” For some odd reason Mama Hyojoo was teary eyed. The couple gave birth to little Jen with a lot of love so she is very precious to the Park Family.

“I love you mommy.” Jen gave her mother a kiss and waved at her as she was heading into the school.

As Jen was going into the school building Hyojoo got a text from Jina saying that the head professor told her that she can’t do all the work for her after hours. The head professor who is the boss to the both of them wants Hyojoo there with Jina for some strange reason and Hyojoo couldn’t say no to it since nobody isn’t able to say no to the boss.

Hyojoo sighed in frustration because she needed to keep her job as an assistant professor here because it helps Shikkie pay the bills. The cost of raising a child, paying off the mortgage for their home and also Shikkie’s hospital that he just opened up not too long ago … .Hyojoo had to think about the realities before her anger towards Mrs Kim. However, she was still worried about her husband’s situation. She decided the best way to solve this is to at least have a discussion with her boss before bowing down to her wishes. 

Shikkie got to work and he didn’t have time to mope and be worried about things. He was too busy to be distracted by his current drama and dilemma of things. He was too busy looking after his patients and he was into what he was doing as usual. 

Mama Hyojoo texted him as he was trying to take a short break after treating so many children patients of his.

“Honey, I might not be able to pick up Jen today … .I think you might have to again … .my boss is being difficult…I’m gonna have a talk with her this afternoon to resolve this situation.”

Shikkie froze up after getting that text message but then again he realized that he is not really safe at the hospital either because she knows where he works now.

“I understand babe…..if I need to pick up Jen from school today just let me know…I love you babe…” Shikkie texted his wife back, trying to be calm about this whole situation. 

Shikkie was drinking some purified water while trying to remain calm. Hyojoo got to work and she took a deep breath so she could talk to her boss about her situation.

Lil Jen was being a good girl like she’s supposed to. She was able to take in all the good things she was learning from her teachers and she was being the role model to her peers. Lil Jen is the best student in her whole class but her classmates loved her although she did have a few who were jealous of her. Julia really likes Jen and she is willing to learn all the good things from Jen, but Julia’s mother is always so busy comparing her daughter with Jen for no good reason.

Mrs. Kim had a plan to get closer to Mr.Park again. She was gonna lock him up in the elevator so she could make out with him there while nobody was watching and there would be nobody to help him either. 

Uee was determined today and she was gonna make him hers once and for all. Uee was planning to trap him inside of the elevator and make out with him but the only problem was how is she gonna make the elevator stop and make them be trapped in there.

Uee used her seductive ways to tempt one of the electricians to cut off the power circuit for the elevator to stop. Mrs. Kim, this woman was willing to stoop so low to the point where she tempted some electrician to purposely cut off the power circuit to make the elevator stop so she could do the dirty deed to someone she is so obsessed and crazy about.

Shikkie texted his wife back in a worried tone.

“So, do I have to go pick up Lil Jen today?”

Daddy Shikkie did not mind but he couldn’t help but to be nervous because he didn’t want to run into that crazy woman again. He thought about it and he realized that he isn’t that much secure at the hospital cus she knows where he works but then he would have more control here since he owns the place unlike the school.

The people at his work had no idea what Shikkie was going through. He thought about telling them but he was afraid to do so. 

Shikkie went back to work and he tried to forget about everything that was bothering him and continued concentrating on  seeing his patients. 

Meanwhile Mama Hyojoo went to go talk to her boss. Hyojoo was nervous because she wanted to be able to pick up her daughter today. She was worried that the boss might not allow her to leave on time.
