This is going from daddy’s little girl to a young woman. I really love this latin celebration for young hispanic women….I used to envy latinas for being able to have this kind of celebration, it’s almost like being a princess……..

If I was his little girl becoming a young woman he would totally let me have a quincenra….even though I’m an Asian American girl LOL…

    I always envied my latina friends that had a quincenra parties……it’s not the same as the regular sweet 16 parties lol…….

    I was thinking of my AU dad being sad seeing lil Jen grow up into a young woman hehehe

    Yo tuve mi fiesta de cumpleaños de quince. Es una celebración que va cambiando con las generaciones. Pero generalmente hay un momento en donde la cumpleañera entrega 15 velas, las reciben personas que representan algo importante en su vida (generalmente familia, amigos, novio).
