AT MINHYUK’S HOUSE

Minhyuk was upset. He felt like he’s incompetent. He didn’t even feel like a drama club president. Some people left although that had nothing to do with him and ever since Changsoo became more involved with the Drama Club, he felt more like the president and not him.

Minhyuk decided to give Brina a call to let it all out.

“Brina baby……I hope I’m not bothering you right now.” Minhyuk said in a childish and whiney voice.

“Oh, Minhyuk, what now? What are you upset about now?”

“That Changsoo, I don’t like him…..Did you see earlier at the club? Everyone listened to him but they didn’t even consider a word I said…” Minhyuk was right, Brina couldn’t doubt what Minhyuk was saying but she didn’t know how to comfort him…..

“Minnie, there is nothing you can do…….cus Chang Soo’s family owns the school so the other students think that they have to be on their good behavior in front of him…please be the bigger man and understand…..your time will come to shine…..” Brina gave her man some sound and wise advice. She didn’t say what he wanted to hear but something he needed to hear.

“Okay….” Minhyuk didn’t like what Brina said so he decided to sleep it off for tonight.

“Goodnight dear…..I’m gonna try to get some sleep for now….”

“Sorry Minnie….please don’t compare yourself with Changsoo too much if you could help it….You have your own strength and I love you just the way you are okay?” Brina tried her best to be encouraging to the best of her ability.

“Okay…” Minhyuk was pouting on the other end which Brina couldn’t see since they weren’t doing facetime or anything like that. 

“I love you….Minnie…” said Brina.

“Love you too…..Brinnie…” said Minhyuk.

The Minbrina couple hung up. Brina couldn’t help but to be worried about Minhyuk while he was gonna just suck it up and get some sleep for now.

AT BONGSOON’S HOUSE

Earlier during the day when the kids were at school, Bongsoon’s mom went to her local Buddhist temple and made sure to get some charms and talisman for good luck. Bongsoon’s mom really wanted Yoo Changsoo to be her son in law and she wanted her daughter to not just date him, but to one day marry him.

However, Bongsoon’s younger brother Bongki does not like him and it’s because he has heard rumors about him in school that he’s a famous player and a womanizer.

“Noona, please don’t date Changsoo…he is a womanizer and I don’t understand mom either…Why is she so obsessed in trying to make him her son in law, anyways? What does she see in that stupid player?” Bongki was very protective of his big sister, almost like a big brother.

“Bongki ya, don’t worry…I’m your big sister…..I know what I am doing. And besides, Changsoo has been a gentleman to me….I know it’s hard to believe but it’s true.” Bongsoon tried to reassure his lil bro that Changsoo is not a bad guy.

Bongsoon’s mom came back from the Buddhist temple and she was smiling because the fortune teller told her that Changsoo is a perfect fit for Bongsoon.

“I’m back kiddos! Bongsoon….invite Changsoo over again! I want to make him some delicious dinner…Ohhh I’m so excited to prepare my future son in law something really nice ….” said Bongsoon’s mom excitedly.

AT CHANGSOO’S HOUSE

Changsoo thought about everything that’s been happening in school, at the drama club and even his personal life. Changsoo always had to compete with his brothers for the inheritance of his family business from a very young age. Changsoo is only in high school but he has to compete for that spot with his brothers and he thought this whole thing is ridiculous. Changsoo is very close to his mother but he has beef with his older brothers. Part of the reason why he became a womanizer is because of stress at home. They always lectured him on how they will find a mate for him to marry when the time comes but the person’s family has to match their status so they would be able to expand their business. 

Changsoo wasn’t a fan of arranged marriages and every time the family tried to set him up with somebody at such a young age he had a hard time accepting it. He loves his mom especially so he wants to respect her wishes but at the same time he couldn’t really accept the candidates that they wanted him to meet and this is why he was just aimlessly meeting people. What’s the use of falling in love when he can’t marry them so this is why he became a player. He is sad because nobody knows this about him, people just gossip that he is a heartless womanizer cus he enjoys hurting women. That’s so not true. He just doesn’t want to fall in love because he knows that he won’t be able to take responsibility for that love but now after going through so much in the last few months, he wants to pursue real love. He wants to give up his old ways. He wants to be a real man. Another reason why he was living the way he did was because he was scared of giving up his status quo but after meeting Bongsoon that changed. Changsoo was lying in bed thinking to himself.

“I miss Bongsoon.” He tried his best not to hit on Bongsoon…Looking back at his old self, he would have done it by now and then kicked her to the curve but he couldn’t do that with her. 

Changsoo wanted to text her but he didn’t want to come off too strong, this was a dilemma for him. How does he show interest in Bongsoon without coming off creepy? He did not know the answer to that and it frustrated him to no end.

“I miss Bongsoon….I want to talk to her….” Changsoo was rolling in bed not knowing what to do but he decided to just bite the bullet and text her.

“Hi Bongsoon, what are you doing? I hope I am not bothering you…”

“Oh hi Changsoo, no you are not bothering me….my mom wants to invite you to our house again…”

“Is that Changsoo…? My future son in law….? Tell him to come over…!”

“When, mother?”

“Right now?” Bongsoon asked, a little surprised.

“Yes, right now…Tell him to come over now!” The mother exclaimed and Kyungshim was cheering her on in the background.

“My mom wants you over here right now, Changsoo!”

“What???! Now?!!!”

“Yep!”

Changsoo went over to Bongsoon’s house and he saw a giant table set up with a bunch of delicious food. Bongsoon, Bongoon’s mom, Bongsoon’s dad, Kyungshim and Bongki were all there to welcome him. Although Bongki was still protective of his sister.

“Mom … .this guy is a player, why are you feeding him all this when you never gave me this kind of expensive stuff to me and my sister? Why are you discriminating and treating him better?” Bongki was just giving Changsoo a hard time and he was having fun doing it too.

“Look, Bongki…why are you being like that? Changsoo is a good boy…right…Changsoo?”

“Yes, mother…” Changsoo smiled sweetly.

“Mom, don’t be fooled by this well mannered bullcrap….this guy is a womanizer and he will hurt Bongsoon and I won’t allow that…”

Bongsoon’s dad just looked at Changsoo and said,

“Forget it…if you are a womanizer don’t you dare come near my little girl..”

“No, father…I’m actually not like that…I used to be like that but not now……Bongsoon is the only one for me … .father, mother,,,,and you bratty little…I mean lovely little brother…”

Bongsoon felt so embarrassed by this and she wanted to just go somewhere and hide.

“You guys…stop it! Well…I have something to confess…..I do like Changsoo and you can’t stop me from that!”

Bongsoon was surprised at herself for saying that since she is not the type that would confess anything like that…especially if she likes a boy.

Changsoo was happy that Bongsoon is the one who said it first because this way he won’t have to feel like he’s hitting on her if he says something similar to her. 

“Mother, father…and brother…please give us a chance…I like Bongsoon too….” Changsoo didn’t know what came over him but he confessed his feelings for Bongsoon without coming off as creepy. Bongsoon’s mother was so happy and Kyungshim was too. While Bongki and Bongsoon’s father was trying their best to accept him.

AT YIHYUN AND SEBOM’S HOUSE.

Yihyun called Sebom on the phone. He is so glad that he got his phone number. He wanted to get to know her better because he realized that he has similar interests as her. However, he did feel bad that he couldn’t back her up earlier. Yihyun thought this would be a good excuse to call her and tell her that he is sorry for not supporting her at the drama club earlier today.

“Hi Sebom……”

“Oh hey….”

“What are you doing?”

“Nothing much, just reading about stuff…”

“Oh…yea? Oh I called cus I wanted to say I’m sorry for not backing you up earlier……ya know with you butting heads with that Jina girl and her paranormal boyfriend Yeonwoo…”

“No, it’s okay….I thought about it and I realized that I screwed up too…” 

“Hey, I was thinking…you want to go for a cup of coffee tomorrow? My treat……I think this will be a good way to make it up to you……I have to so I won’t feel so bad…..” Yihyun let out a little sigh while smiling.

“Okay, go for it…I love free drinks…” Sebom scratched her head while letting out a small giggle.

AT DALBONG’S HOUSE

Dalbong’s dad is always busy, working his butt off at his tofu store to raise his family. He loves his family so much that he would go through anything for them. Dalbong’s mother passed away after giving birth to him so he always felt bad for his dad raising him and his brothers and sisters alone. Dalbong always felt guilty that his dad ended up taking care of the whole family by himself because of him. And this is the reason why he wanted to become someone so he could take care of his father one day. He was a bit of a troublemaker in elementary school and even middle school…However, he wanted to be a different person as a high school student.

“Dad, do you need help?” Dalbong asked. 

“No….I’m fine…..you should just go do your homework…don’t worry about me…”

“Let me help you dad,,,,,,I am younger and I’m stronger…Look at me…..”

Dalbong was proud that he could be there for his dad. He looked at the Tofu that he made and was so happy that he is the proud son of a tofu maker. He was also thinking that he could take some Tofu to his friends one day and share it with them then tell them that He is a proud son of a tofu maker named Cha Soonbong. 

Once he was done helping his dad he wanted to go call Seowool.

Dalbong was sitting on his bed and was getting ready to dial the number but for some reason he was very nervous to do so but he decided to muster up the courage and call Seowool anyways.

“Hi Seowool…”

“Oh Hey…Dalbong, what’s up?”

“Do you have time tomorrow?”

“Oh…of course after the Drama Club but why?”

“Do you want to go for a quick ice cream date before we head home from the Drama Club?” 

“That sounds great!”

“Okay….let’s go right after drama club!”

“Okay, Dalbong!”

Seowool hung up the phone with Dalbong, she was so happy that she finally got asked to go on a date with him.

As soon as Dalbong got off the phone with Seowool he decided to call Myungsoo and brag about it.

“Hey, guess..what dude? I’m going out on a date with Seowool tomorrow!”

“Oh really? Can I come?”

“What? How can you….you’ll be bored because I’m not gonna give you any attention!” 

“Don’t worry Dalbong! I’m gonna bring Kyungshim with me!”

“How? She doesn’t even like you!”

“I’m gonna make her come with us! MUAHAHAHA! But when is it anyways?”

“After Drama Club!”

“Yes! Count me in!”

Dalbong and Myungsoo hung up the phone and they were both excited to go on a date with the girl they like. 

YEONWOO’S HOUSE

Jina practically lives at Yeonwoo’s house because of Yeonwoo’s grandma.

Yeonwoo and Jina were both in Yeonwoo’s room. They were talking about what happened at the Drama club earlier.

“Thanks for sticking up for me earlier Jina…You are such a great girlfriend!”

Yeonwoo kissed Jina real quick to let her know that he appreciates her. 

“No, I feel like I’m doing my part for everyone. We are doing what we are good at to find a solution for those royalties……and…..Yihyun and Sebom were doing the same although they took a slightly less open minded approach than we did…” Jina said while sighing.

“True,,,,” Said Yeonwoo while nodding.

“I think we have a lot of hints to solving this problem and this means we could finally send the royalties back home and our drama club will be normal again right?” Jina smiled at her man.

“Yes…” Yeonwoo touched Jina on the face and kissed her.

AT EUNSOO’S PLACE

Eunsoo was kinda sad. She was starting to realize that they are gonna solve this mystery very soon, it’s more like they already kinda solved it since they found that dark spot/dark portal which will take the royalties back to their timeline.

Eunsoo knew that her time with Lee Hwan would be drawing to a close. She thought that Hwan could be a replacement to the love that was taken away by Jen but since she knew deep inside that this is not gonna work out either it made her sad. However, she wanted to cherish these moments with Hwan so she decided to make the best of it with what she has NOW!

“I like you, Hwannie….I don’t want you to leave…I know you have to but I’m gonna miss you so much…”

Eunsoo leaned on Hwan’s shoulder….and he patted her on the head. Eunsoo couldn’t help but have thoughts that she shouldn’t have. Eunsoo wanted Hwan to make love to her but she was too scared to say it…

“Hwannie…” Eunsoo said his name but couldn’t continue and then Hwan said something in this very soothing but deep voice.

“Look…Eunsoo….I have someone back home in Joseon….Min Jaeyi but I really cherish these moments I had with you Eunsoo…I don’t think I could ever forget it………”

Before they knew it, the two were hugging. Their faces were so close that it made Eunsoo blush then Hwan was looking into her eyes and just kissed her…..Eunsoo’s eyes were damp…Tears were dropping down her face then Hwan wiped her tears with his manly thumb.

Hwan was kissing her gently, romantically and even somewhat passionately as he was slowly undressing her……….

AT SEONWOO’S HOUSE

Jen was over at Seonwoo’s again. Seonwoo’s mom did not mind her coming over to their house and even sharing a bed with him. In Seonwoo’s mom’s mind, Jen was already her daughter in law. 

Seonwoo made Jen play that tape that Insoo gave her. 

“Are you sure you want to do this? I don’t think I want to listen to it…..”

Jen felt uncomfortable about listening to the song Insoo made for her.

“Let’s listen to it and get it out of the way…” Seonwoo said with a deep sigh. Jen decided to just hurry up and play it so she could get it out of the way already.

Jen pushed play and the music went.

It is so wrong because you are my friend’s girl

Please forgive me, but I will let you go now….but know this

It will hurt me deep inside to completely let you go.

The song sounded so poetic and sad. Jen felt really uncomfortable and Seonwoo just comforted her. 

“Don’t worry Jen. I’m not mad…I understand how he feels…Sometimes it is hard to control these emotions……but I know him…He won’t pursue you anymore so you won’t have to feel guilty…okay? Babe?” Seonwoo tried to make sure that Jen didn’t have to feel guilty.

Jen was in Seonwoo’s arms crying but felt better after words.

“Should we throw that tape away?” Asked Jen.

“No, don’t do that…..He put so much effort into making that song…just keep it…just don’t listen to it and think about him though…” Seonwoo was messing around to make Jen laugh and it worked. 

“So, are you still friends?”

“Of course we are…..this silly situation won’t make our friendship go anywhere….” Seonwoo smiled again while patting Jen on the head then kissing her gently.

Jen was scared that this still made those two hate each other but fortunately, that wasn’t the case. Seonwoo and Jen fell asleep on the bed hugging each other tight.

AT JIYI’S ROOFTOP APARTMENT

Jiyi was sitting on the big wooden bench at her rooftop apartment. After what happened at the drama club earlier today has made Jiyi very sad just like Eunsoo. Jiyi even entertained the idea of going back to Shilla with him but the thing is, is that even possible? And if it is possible what would happen to her family? Her mom? Her dad? And her Brother? Sam Maekjong was observing Jiyi and realized that she is not as peppy as she usually is and it made him worried.

“Jiyi ya, you okay?”

“Yeah…I think I am why? I don’t look okay to you?”

“You seem to have a lot on your mind…..”

“I kinda do….I thought I found somebody that I could connect with but I feel like that’s not gonna last long……”

“Yeah……I think Yeonwoo and them figured it out…they found that dark spot/dark portal or whatever you call it…….and once they get it to activate it, I and Hwan would be able to go back to our timelines…..”

Jiyi started to cry and held onto Sam Maekjong…

“Sammie…please don’t leave me behind…I’m scared…Do you have to go back to Shilla? Can’t you just stay here even if you found a way to go back home?”

Sam patted her on the head gently like patting a baby. He lifted up her chin and wiped her eyes with his long and manly fingers…..He kissed Jiyi with everything he had and of course Jiyi returned that kiss….

“I want to go back with you!” said Jiyi in her childish tone.

“But how about your family? They will be worried if they realize that you disappeared and can’t find you ….”

“That’s okay…….I would rather go back with you…there is nothing going for me here anyways……”

“But the thing is if you go back, you would have competition there……..A lot of women like me just like how Changsoo is well liked over here…would you be okay with that?”

Jiyi nodded…

“I don’t care as long as I’m with you……I don’t care about timelines, differences in class, and whatever might be separating us…Nobody can’t take us apart….”

“Oh…Jiyi ya,.,,” Sam was shaking…the core of him was shaking because what Jiyi said because it seemed so divine and profound…Only if Aro thought of him that way but no way since she was in love with his rival Moomyung while she treats him like a BUG ON THE GROUND…..

Sam shut Jiyi up by kissing her tenderly and he too started to undress her just like what Hwan did to Eunsoo. 

Sam and Jiyi were finally, fully naked and were making love to each other till the break of dawn, once again…..
