While Minhyuk was checking everyone’s attendance, Jen was talking softly to Seonwoo about how the play should be written but she wasn’t sure how Minhyuk would take it. Minhyuk seems pretty dead set on doing the whole Hwarang thing but Jen thought maybe they should just do something different completely. Seonwoo actually liked Jen’s idea, it’s a bit crazy but he thought that it could be so much more fun than trying to do their own version of Hwarang. 

“Minhyuk….I have a question for you.” Jen raised her hand as she said this.

“Okay, go ahead Jen, what’s up?”

“I’ve been thinking…instead of doing Hwarang…..can I write a play that’s based on our Drama club?” Jen asked.

When Jen mentioned the word Hwarang, Sam Maekjong’s antenna went up and that also got Lee Hwan’s attention as well. Sam Maekjong was living as a Hwarang in the Shilla Dynasty while Lee Hwan read about the great Hwarang warriors of Shilla in history books while he was in Joseon…

“I think we could do that…” Minhyuk said while clearing his throat.

Jen thought it would be fun to write a play about the day to day madness that happens in the drama club … .it felt natural since there’s so much going on in this little drama club of Yumin High School. 

“Okay, let’s do that!” Minhyuk agreed.

Yihyun looked at Minhyuk.

“I think these guys need some modern clothes.” Yihyun said while referring to the two royalties.

“I think we have some clothes that those two could borrow!”

Brina was right beside Minhyuk running errands for him. Minhyuk didn’t realize that running this high school drama club is so much work but he is enjoying it nonetheless. 

Jen jotted down some ideas and handed it over to Minhyuk and he read it while the others were paying attention to other things.

“This sounds like fun…maybe we could just scrap the Hwarang thing all together!” 

As Minhyuk was making announcements he was looking at Brina. Brina was a hard worker, Minhyuk just loved Brina’s work ethics. She kept on staring at her while she was working but Brina was too oblivious to tell that he was staring at her like that.

Insoo and Soonyoung went to the cafeteria and got some ice cream but they were able to sneak back in without Minhyuk noticing because he was too busy staring at Brina while making a few announcements.

Jiyi saw Changsoo going inside of the drama club so she decided to check it out and she thought it was gonna be fun with so much energy. 

The two royalties were laying on the ground because they fainted due to a lack of something but nobody knows why. Yeonwoo and Yihyun decided to team up and investigate.

The innocent Jiyi went over to the royalties but one of them really caught her eyes, that was Sam Maekjong…Sam Maekjong wants to go back to Shilla so he could be the emperor and also take Aro away from that bastard Moomyung. Jiyi couldn’t help but observe Sam Maekjong. She couldn’t help but to giggle.

“Who is this? Why is he in costumes? He looks like a manga/anime character….Are you guys supposed to make a drama version of a manga or anime?” Jiyi started to giggle and annoyed the heck out of Changsoo.

Changsoo thought about all his past relationships. He was frustrated with himself and he was sick of changing partners every week….For some strange reason Bongsoon was checking out Changsoo. Even Bongsoon was confused because she thought Minhyuk was the one and only for her.

Changsoo was sitting right next to Bong Soon. Bongsoon was clumsy enough to drop her notebook with a teddy bear on it. Changsoo picked it up for her…

“Oh thank you…” Bongsoon said awkwardly.

“Oh no problem.” said Changsoo quietly.

Changsoo had no idea why but something felt different about Bong Soon and he could not understand why. Bong Soon felt the same way, and was so confused as to why she was feeling this electrifying feeling.

Yeonwoo and Yihyun checked out Sam Maekjong and Lee Hwan. Yeonwoo knew more about the paranormals. Yihyun is a detective so he was good at psychology, anatomy, and even biology. Yihyun doesn’t really believe in the paranormal. However, Yeonwoo believes in paranormal stuff that cannot be explained with just science alone. 

“This could be a paranormal invasion…” Yeonwoo said and he started to say everything verbatimly about what he read regarding the paranormal.

“I think we should let them rest for another day or two and see what we could do….” and as Yihyun said that both of the royalties opened their eyes.

Yihyun was frustrated because he couldn’t solve this mystery with the knowledge of 3D science that he is so used to. He thought Yeonwoo was a nutcase in believing in something so crazy but he is slowly starting to buy into what Yeonwoo was saying about the paranormal.

Minhyuk had enough for today, the day seemed so long to him and he wanted to go home and rest but he wanted to invite Brina over to his house. Minhyuk wanted to make it official. He hates being in this limbo with Brina. Minhyuk knows he likes Brina and he knows that Brina likes him so why not get together already, that’s what Minhyuk was thinking in his mind. He was planning a little candle lit dinner with grape juice. 

“You guys are dismissed now!” Minhyuk said

“Already?!” Seonwoo said while some others were kinda glad that it’s over for today.

Eunsoo made it at the last minute but they were all packing up but it was okay because the main reason why she went over to the drama club is to see if that was Seonwoo she saw the other day. As everyone was packing up to leave, Minhyuk said…..

“Bye everyone! Be sure to come at 3pm sharp tomorrow! Oh and Brina…you are staying here…I need to talk to you about something…”

“Okay, sure…” Brina was excited that she was gonna be alone with Minhyuk….She was so excited that she was shaking a bit.

Sam Maekjong and Lee Hwan were finally awake but they were still confused as ever. Jiyi was so confused to why they were dressed that way. 

“Mr..Sam Maekjong…let’s go home…” said Seonwoo.

“Can you help me with holding him up, Jen?” Seonwoo asked sweetly.

“Yes, sure…” Jen said with a smile.

Lee Jiyi put her index finger out….

“No, No, No…don’t have to do that…I will take him home to my rooftop apartment.”

Seonwoo thought it could be a good idea because he felt very insecure with Sam Maekjong around since he has a lot of expensive equipment and all.

“Could you? That would be so sweet of you….” 

“Sure…why not?” Jiyi said. Jiyi drove a small used volkswagon bug and he put Sam Maekjong in that little car and drove him to her rooftop apartment. 

Meanwhile Eunsoo got there as everyone was leaving the drama club auditorium and she saw Seonwoo with a girl…

“Are you…Seonwoo?”

“Eunsoo?”

Jen did not like where this was going…..A girl…….?

“Hey, Eunsoo, long time no see……but before we talk more…I have to introduce you to Jen…she’s my girlfriend….” Seonwoo had his arm around Jen’s shoulder. Eunsoo looked a little disappointed but it wasn’t too bad since she didn’t have a huge crush on him or anything when they were children.

“Nice seeing you again, Seonwoo.” Eunsoo waved and Seonwoo waved back.

“Good to see you again Eun Soo.” Seonwoo gave her nothing more than a friendly smile so Jen won’t feel jealous over this situation. As Eunsoo was about to leave the auditorium she bumped into Lee Hwan as Yeon woo was taking the crown prince to where his motorcycle was parked. Eunsoo felt this strange energy but didn’t know what. She was intrigued by the Korean traditional garment he was wearing. Perhaps, their previous lives? Eunsoo had to shake that thought away, she felt like she’s going crazy or something.

“Am I going nuts because Seonwoo has a girlfriend?” Eunsoo said to herself as she was heading home from school.

As Yeonwoo was heading to his motorcycle with Lee Hwan, he gets a text message from his grandma saying that Jina is back from Canada, she was visiting her aunt and cousins there for personal reasons. Yeonwoo was happy to see her girlfriend again.

Meanwhile, back to Minhyuk and Brina. The theater was empty and finally they got to have some alone time. 

“Brina…..Let’s go over to my place…I have a surprise for you…sorry, I’ve been so busy ever since I became the president of the Drama club……so much going on…”

Minhyuk touched Brina on the head and patted her then he was playing with her hair piece by piece while staring into her glowing eyes. 

“Brina, did anyone tell you that you have the most beautiful eyes in the whole wide world?” Then he kissed her cheeks and pinched them. He whispered in her ears…

“Brina…I will have Secretary Gong pick us up and have him drive us over to my place…make sure you call your parents so they won’t worry about you okay? I don’t want them to think something happened to you….”

Brina just nodded…..she was quiet … .Brina has no idea that Minhyuk was gonna make things official with her.

Finally, Brina was over at Minhyuk’s place. She’s never been to his huge house before. He had his own little playground where he had all kinds of gaming systems and billiards. 

“Brina you just sit on the couch and let me do all the work.”

“Are you sure? You don’t need any help? I could help…I could cook ya know….I help my mom with cooking all the time…” Brina was getting really chatty for some reason.

“Shhht!” Minhyuk put his index finger on his lips…Minhyuk also blew Brina a kiss. Brina thought she was dreaming all this. She was certain she was dreaming all of this…..

Minhyuk made pasta. He set it nicely on the table along with grape juice instead of wine. She didn’t want to get his lady friend drunk….they are only in High School. The only person that drinks is Changsoo out of everyone. 

“Wow! So pretty….did you make all this Min…min?”

“Sure did honey…Brina….look at me…”

Brina tried her best to look into his eyes without shaking.

“I know you are shaking Brina but that’s okay….you are cute like that…keep on being adorable like that for me…okay?”

Brina just nodded without being able to say anything. 

“I feel like I am floating…” Brina said in a whispery voice. 

“Brina listen…to what I have to say carefully…… .I like you a lot … .I like you so much that I have to say this now…..please be my girlfriend….and please forget about Changsoo…he is not coming back to you….”

“Of course…..Min…min….I like you a lot too….I don’t like Changsoo…I forgot about him already…”

“You sure?”

“Yes, I’m positive…”

Minhyuk leaned closer and closer to Brina and their noses were touching then he started to rub Brina’s nose in a cute way then he traveled all the way down to her lips….Finally their lips touched, they are finally united the way they are supposed to be.

Both Minhyuk and Brina closed her their eyes as they kissed each other gently and passionately. 

“So will you be my girlfriend, Brina?”

“Yes, yes Min-min!”

Brina and Minmin hugged each other tightly before he took her back home.

Although Minmin didn’t want to take her home. He had a lot of extra rooms so he was tempted to have Brina stay in one of his many rooms that he has in his house. But he didn’t want to offend Brina so he decided to scrap that thought altogether and just take her home looking like a sad puppy.

Seonwoo invited Jen over to his place so they could write together. Seonwoo gave Jen some water because she was thirsty.

“I think I know what to write now…I’m so glad Minhyuk liked my idea…” Jen was relieved about it and so was Seonwoo.

“Do you want to take a short nap before we get to writing?”

“Sure…”

“You could sleep over Jen…my mom won’t mind…she likes you alot..”

“Oh really? My mom feels the same way about you, Seonwoo…” Jen smiled.

Jen was on Seonwoo’s arm using it as a pillow and took a short power nap before they got to writing some of the script for the play. Jen was happy that her and Seonwoo are good again and he gets to help her with writing the script for Minhyuk’s play.

Meanwhile at Yeonwoo’s house. Jina came over to visit for a while but Yeonwoo’s grandma said she could sleep with her in her room. Yeonwoo’s grandma is really fond of Jina.

Yeonwoo gave Jina a fat kiss. 

“I missed you.” said Yeon woo.

“Me too..” Jina said while giving him a peck on the cheeks then Yeonwoo kissed her lips while their grandma was watching them.

Jina was wondering about the guy in the Korean traditional attire.

“Who is that….? He looks like you? Why is he dressed that way?” Jina had to ask because he looked just like her man but he seemed to be out of this world the way he’s dressed and all.

“It’s a long story, I will explain it to you later…”

The crown prince was busy reading all the books that Yeonwoo owned. Lee Hwan was amazed how many books Yeonwoo had on his shelves. Lee Hwan started to feel like Yeonwoo is his kindred spirit just like Sergeant Han is back home in Joseon. 

Sam Maekjong looked at the beautiful night sky from Lee Jiyi’s apartment. 

“What is your name, my lady?” asked Sam Maekjong. Jiyi found Sam Maekjong kinda funny because he talks funny.

“Oh my goodness you talk funny but I think you are kinda cute though…Oh and my name is Jiyi….Lee Jiyi”

“Hello, my lady Jiyi…I am Sam Maekjong…..in the Hwarang circles … ..but My actual name is Kim Jin Dwi…”

Jiyi was familiar with Hwarang. Hwarang is a warrior troupe made of pretty boys in the ancient Shilla Dynasty. In Korea, there are a lot of dramas and even manhwas( Korean mangas) that are set in Shilla with the Hwarangs so Jiyi is certainly familiar with it….she is an avid drama watcher and she loves historical stuff/period piece stuff along with some fantasy genre.

Sam Maekjong started to tell Jiyi about the one sided love he had back in Shilla.

“You know…have you ever loved someone so much that it hurt so badly? It feels as if it stings? I had a love like that back home….” Sam Maekjong was looking up at the night sky full of stars, missing his home Shilla and his lady love Aro that won’t even look at him.

Jiyi was able to understand his sentiment because she is experiencing this thing called one sided love too.

“Yeah…..I know what it’s like to be in a one sided love…it does hurt…and stings really badly..” Jiyi was talking about Changsoo.

“He doesn’t like me cus he doesn’t like lowly poor girls like me….” Jiyi started to cry.

“Back home…in Shilla I am a royalty, not just a nobleman but a royalty…but I liked a girl thats from a middle class but she won’t even look at me….when I kissed her a few times, she looked at me with the most disgusted look in all the world.” Sam Maekjong let out all the pain that he couldn’t back in Shilla.

Jiyi felt like she could relate to this guy….and kinda felt sorry for him despite the fact that he’s from a royal family.
