Kim Bum as Lee Rang is so sexy unlike Go Seung Tak from Ghost Doctor. He played a 600 year old half human/half fox. He detests humans and has been obsessed with chasing after his step brother Lee Yeon (Lee Dong Wook) for centuries because he felt like his brother betrayed him for a full blown human woman, Nam Jiah (Jo Boah). Lee Rang is willing to hurt humans cus he has such a grand hatred for humans because of betrayl that he kept in his heart for 600 years.

I like all the color schemes, action scenes, cinematography and also the storyline. Just like Ghost Doctor, I really like the fantasy element of the show. Tale of the nine tailed is an urban legend and myth that’s been carried on as an old Korean folklore for a long time and I felt like they brought that well onto the screen and the viewers got to enjoy it too.

I dug the chemistry between Kim Bum and Lee Dong Wook. It’s kinda like Ghost Doctor in a way. The two brothers in Nine Tailed seemed off the charts compared to Lee Dong Wook and Jo Boah. However, I can’t help but to ship Lee Rang and the Russian fox, Ki Yuri (Kim Yong Ji).
