I wrote a post awhile ago of my top ten Korean female actors and I wrote below their pictures of what kind of friends they will be and now I would like to do a guy version of it, so here it is.

 

10. Ryu Sang Wook.

I first saw him in a drama called The Great Queen Seon Deok and he played a character called DAENAMBO. He was one of the most handsome Hwarang (Flower Boys) in the show.

I think we would be able to connect musically. From what I understand he likes singing and going to karaoke places and that is so like me. I love to sing a lot and that’s what I do during my spare time and I think Sang Wook oppa will be a good karaoke buddy when my throat is itching to do some singing.

 

9. Kim Nam Gil

 

I first got aquainted with Kim Nam Gil from a drama called Great Queen Seon Deok and he was so great as Bidam, a very tragic character indeed. However, he played it so well that it made a great impact on me and one of the best villains that I still cannot forget. At the same time I don’t think he was completely a villain though.

I think Nam Gil oppa will be the type that would try to help me go the right path. I don’t know why but I think he has a little bit of that authoritarian streak but not necessarily in a bad way. I think he would be the one that wouldn’t be afraid to scold me, if need be but in a very firm kind of way. If I go out of line or bend out of shape Nam Gil Oppa will say something to set me straight. So therefore he would be kinda like a fatherfigure or a big brother.

8. Hyun Bin

 

I got into Hyun Bin once I saw Secret Garden and I think that’s what got me to crush on him once upon a time. I still like him as an actor but I am not fangirling over him as much as before because of certain somebody. By the way, Secret Garden sealed the deal but I think I got curious about him because of My Lovely Samsoon.

Hmmm….What kind of friend would this guy be? With Hyun Bin Oppa we would probably go to like a blues bar. I know that Hyun Bin likes Eric Clapton so it would be fitting to go the HOUSE OF BLUES and just chill listening to some blues music and such. I like blues music myself and I also dig Eric Clapton so I think it would be so much fun for us to go somewhere we can have a drink and just kick it with some blues tunes.

7. Jang Geun Seuk

I remember the day I got introduced to Jang Geun Seuk. My first drama with him that I have ever watched was probably Hwang Jinyi. He was so cute and innocent looking but that changed in the later years. Once I saw YOU’RE BEAUTIFL my image about him changed a lot.

With Geun Seuk Oppa, I would love to go party with him and do all kinds of crazy things. I can see myself going for a night out. Well, I am not really the clubbing type but there would be one of those days that I would like to go to such a place from time to time to unwind and with Geun Seuk Oppa it would be so much fun because he would totally live it up and people that are around him get the same energy through him. He is the kind of person that I would love to be around when I just want to forget about the woes of the world and enjoy life for once.

 

6. Jung Yong Hwa.

 

I first saw Jung Yong Hwa through a show called You’re beautiful along with Jang Geun Seuk. It’s so weird because I thought he was just an actor but later on I found out that he was in a ROCKING BAND.

Speaking of a BAND THAT ROCKS. Yong Hwa Oppa would be the kind of person that I would love to form a band with. I think we would be like super besties. I can picture myself going to the same high school with him and we are so both into rocking out that every time we hang out we’ll like play our beloved instruments.  I would carry an acoustic around and he would carry an electric guitar along with a mini amp. After school we would have plenty of jam sessions and before we even know it the people that like the way we play become intrigued and discuss about joining the band!

 

5.  Joo Ji Hoon.

 

 

Five Fingers was my first drama with Joo Ji Hoon in it. I have heard of his name many times before but I don’t think I have ever seen his drama until Five Fingers. The funny thing is I wanted to watch Five Fingers because of someone that I was fangirling at the time. Joo Ji Hoon is not the best actor in the world but I like his musical taste.

The thing shocked me about Joo Ji Hoon is the fact that he has a band or rather he is in a rock band. I think he is the lead vocalist there and he plays the guitar as well. I have a thing for guys that can play instruments and even better if they are in a ROCKING BAND.

When I found out that his favorite bands were Kings of Leon and Red Hot Chili Peppers he won some Brownie Points with me.

Anyways, Ji Hoon Oppa would be the kind of friend that I would go to concerts with, Rock concerts to be precise. We would even go to like indie rock festivals and such. I don’t know if I should say this but I could see us dressed up like bunch of hipsters and go to all kinds of cool musical events. We would go see popular bands and even super obscure bands too.

 

4. Yeo Jin Goo.

 

Yeo Jin Goo played the rambunctious  kid in Warrior Baek Dong Soo. He played the child version of my then favorite actor Ji Chang Wook. This kid was so awesome as Dong Soo and he was silly at times funny but he still kicked ass nonetheless.

What would I do with a kid? Hahaha. He would make me fee like a little kid too. Wait, if I want to feel like a kid then I should hang out with Ahn Do Kyu but he is underage. At least Jin Goo is of age so we would be able to do certain things. I think I would go play basketball with him. I don’t know why but I just want to do a whole bunch of sporty activities with this boy. We can go rollerblading, skateboarding,snowboarding, ice skating, swimming and go bungee jumping. I think Jin Goo will get me to go out and enjoy some outdoor activity.

3. Yeon Woo Jin

 

I first got into him from a show called Arang and the Magistrate. I watched that show for someone else but somehow I became a  fangirl of this man instead. There was something about him, I think it was his relaxing aura that got me into him in the first place.

I think with Woo Jin Oppa, we would go to local coffee shops and just have chit chat about this and that. Out of my top 10 list here he would be the one and only that I can open up to completely or at least nearly completely.

I would share my writings with him. The poems I wrote, the songs that I made, the pictures I drew, the photos I took, and the novel that I am working on to get published. I think Woo Jin Oppa would encourage me to keep on going. He would say thoughtful words when I get discouraged or whatever.

Our favorite place to go would be an indie local coffee shop, somewhere a little quieter than normal. Also we would hit up local parks and gardens where we can be one with nature. Also, if I have a crush on someone but I have a hard time admitting it then I would certainly share about my inner most feelings with this oppa. He would be like a big brother that I can share my inner most thoughts with.

 

2. Ji Chang Wook.

 

 

I remember first seeing him in Empress Ki and I was so curious about him because he made such an impact and impression on me right away. This dude had charm and charisma. Also this man possesses this power that lures you in with his acting chops. He has such a wide range when it comes to his facial expression and I wanted to get to know him better so I started to look up every single drama/movie he’s been in and I did just that. I became acquainted with him pretty quickly with my diligent activities by watching just about all of his stuff. 

I think Chang Wook oppa will play pretty much the same role as Woo Jin oppa. This guy will also be there for me when I want to talk about things. However, our friendship will be less low-key compared to Woo Jin oppa and myself. My friendship between Chang Wook oppa will be a mix between Yeon Woo Jin and Joo Ji Hoon. Chang Wook oppa and I would be going to the local cafe, to the park,to local events and concerts and such. We would enjoy our coffee while sharing each other’s creative works. 

We not only share our creative endeavors but we also critique each other’s work as well. I think this would be a well rounded friendship because I could even picture us going swimming or even biking. Last but not least we would even do nerdy stuff together like: play video games or watch cartoons. I know that Ji Chang Wook is a huge Starcraft fan so we can play it together.

 

Finally…….

 

1. Yoo Seung Ho.

 

I think my story about Yoo Seung Ho would be a little long. I first saw him when I was a kid. I remember watching The Way Home but at the time he was just a young boy so I didn’t have feelings like I do now. However, he was still pretty good for a kid but I didn’t think too much of it. I saw him in numerous other dramas like: Warrior Baek Dong Soo and Arang and the Magistrate but I was fangirling over others that he just kinda went over my head. However, that all changed once I saw Great Queen Seon Deok. I didn’t know that I would fangirl over him but I been his fan for half a year now. It is still going strong and I think it will last a lot longer than some of my other favorite actors that I still adore. By the way ever since I became his fangirl, I ‘ve been watching just about all of his dramas and films that were available to me.

Okay, with Seung Ho we would be good friends. We would play Starcraft together and since I am not that good at it  he can teach me and stuff. We would even watch Youtube videos of dudes playing Starcraft. I found out just yesterday that Seung Ho plays Starcraft and watches people play on the internet.

Since Seung Ho is into environmental awareness and so do I so we would probably donate our time going around helping out for a good cause. We both like animals so we most likely would go to the zoo or event to the  petting zoo and look at all different kinds of animals and even get to pet some of them. 

I think I would even somehow convince him to go karaoke with me so I could encourage him to sing despite what his mother says. I’d probably invite a few trustworthy folks and have a good time.

We would be close but the problem will arise once I realize that I have a crush on him and I try my best to hide my feelings but somehow he begins to pick up the sign even though I wasn’t trying to be obvious. I start worrying that things might become awkward between us if he’d found out so I would try my best to not make it look obvious in any kind of way. However, unfortunately, Seung Ho was a smart guy so he’s able to pick up the pieces and figure it out as if were a jigsaw puzzle. Fortunately, even after he finds out about my feelings for him we’re able to remain really close friends.The only thing that has changed is probably being a little touchy touchy with each other.

 

I hope you enjoyed reading my scenario of what if my favorite Korean actors were my friends.I don’t know if it is good as the actress one but I tried to make it as entertaining as possible.
